Guest MaxPower27 Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Well, I was listening to 20/20 while playing EWR, and heard this law: Before a girl can put up her kid for adoption, she has to put A WANT AD IN THE NEWSPAPER listing the possible father's names I thought that this was one of the most blasphemous things I'd heard today, but then the lady that made this a law comes on, stating that "It has prevented adoption rates from rising." No shit I'd be too embarrassed to put names in a fucking newspaper, stating that they might be the father of my kid. Guest Cancer Marney Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Miami-Dade is one of the counties which not only made headlines for weeks in the 2000 Presidential election, but repeated the fiasco just now in the Democratic primaries for state governor. On this basis I have reached the conclusion that every registered Democrat in the county is completely and permanently brain-dead (as opposed to Democrats in the rest of the country, half a dozen or so of whom are only partially brain-dead) and therefore they should be euthanised for the sake of the national interest. I know there are SOME liberals in here, but for the most part they really give us a bad name(SKBF as one example). Why all the Democrat hate? I don't consider myself in either major party or any independent party, for anyone curious. I just vote for or endorse people I agree with, not based on party affiliation. Ironically, a good portion of these Dems are more conservative than my Republican brethern on issues such as abortion, guns and other social issues.
