Guest wwF1587 Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Ok its time again. Another month near the end... another ppv. Coming off what was in my opinion, PPV of the Year, SummerSlam, its time for the September backlash known as Unforgiven. Man, the sad thing is... I didnt have a clue what the full card was until earlier today. So much for the hype Vince. Brock/UT is interesting story wise, RVD/HH could be just interesting... the rest... bleh.. I dont know. Well I am not buying so, yes I will be watching it. If you dont know me by these posts I make every month, I always order PPVS, this one.. someone else is buying and I am watching, so if its crap like i expect... not my problem. Its a shame its such a lame lookin PPV.. we were doing so good too. DAMN THAT JERICHO!

Guest MrRant Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Yes. Because I work for a cable company and will be watching it for free.

Guest treble charged Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I'm going to try and watch it at the movie theatre in town. I only have one problem. I have no fucking clue where in the hell the movie theatre is. I had a map, followed that, and still couldn't find it. I think I'll be able to get a ride around town on Sunday, though, and I'll try to find it then.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Might goto a friend's to watch it.
Guest Rob Edwards Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Yes because it's free in the UK. I would have ordered it for Benoit/Angle anyway
Guest the pinjockey Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No, there is nothing that interests me on this PPV. The only sure fire good match is Benoit/Angle and been there done that so they need to give me a reason for it which I don't see.
Guest DJ Jeff Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No mainly because I'm low on cash. If I had more money, then I might reconsider, but probably not. I'll just be like everyone else that didn't order it and read the play-by-play results. I did that for No Way Out, Wrestlemania 18(which I got to watch later on thanks to my parents taping it for me), Backlash, Judgment Day, and the King of the Ring. Guest imajackoff? Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No way. I'll be watching football all day with a friend who doesnt like pro wrestling that much. Plus, for the next 9 weeks, Sunday night = Larry David on HBO.
Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted September 21, 2002 As part of the compromise to get my cable modem back, I am barred from ordering PPVs until next March/April, because I said that I was ordering Wrestlemania regardless of what any compromise said. As such, I'm venturing to a local sports bar and paying $5 to get in the door and watch with a bunch of drunk marks. Should be fun. I'll write about it, believe you me, since I'll be doing this every show until Wrestlemania. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Mazelmavin Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I'm not ordering it because I will be there live, if you can dig that... SUCKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest eirejmcmahon Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Already paid for one horrible PPV this week, don't plan on doing it again. I'll be giving this one a miss.
Guest midnight_burn Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I won't be ordering Unforgiven. I've ordered every other PPV this year so far, which includes stinkers like Backlash and KOTR, so that says alot about how little i care about this particular event, there's nothing i really care about seeing. Guest PlatypusFool Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I wouldn't order it, no way, but it's free in the UK so...
Guest kingkamala Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Remember the will you order Vengance thread and SmarkZone's antics Poster(I forgot who said this): I'm not ordering Vengance cause my grand mother's sick and I'm low on cash. SmarkZone:But it's YOUR duty to ORDER the PPV and save the WWE Anyway I'm not ordering Unforgiven
Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Yes! I know the storylines have sucked up to this point, but all the matches, with the exception of maybe 1 or 2, all look good. Should at least see some good wrestling on this PPV.
Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No, I'm not. With Lesnar, Taker, and HHH headlining, there's no way in hell. No Rey, RVD will probably job, and Angle is stuck with Benoit. Woo hoo. No thanks. Scramblevision, here we come!
Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No way. I'm not spending $35 dollars for that.
Guest BigPoppaKev Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I will be watching it but I won't be spending the 35 bucks on it.
Guest Brian Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Don't you mean Benoit is stuck with Angle? I'm not going to order. Everything that looks good is going to disappoint (Benoit/Angle) and the build has been so weak.
Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Don't you mean Benoit is stuck with Angle? He should, be he doesn't. Don't you know? he's a "Benoit hater". I wont order it because i am from the UK and I don't have to! It's FREE! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I am looking forward to Benoit/Angle, to see if Taker will make Brock look good and erm....that's about it. Guest goodhelmet Report post Posted September 21, 2002 i would not pay for the show. that much is for sure. with that said, a buddy told me that a pool hall is showing the ppv for free. i am there!!!
Guest Invader3k Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Benoit vs Angle is the only match that is guaranteed to be good, but I don't see what the point of the match is. What does either one gain by winning?
Guest El Psycho Diablo Report post Posted September 21, 2002 No, I don't mean that. Benoit does nothing to get me excited for a match, and he's flat out-dull. I don't hate him, I just don't care for him. In my view, Angle is much easier to watch, and brings something (character, whatever you want to call it) to a match that Benoit just lacks. Guest Brian Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Well, I've basically gotten tired of seeing Angle wrestle the same style of match against different opponents. Weak build with lots of nearfalls at the end to make it seem more just doeswn't do much for me. Thta's why I feel I'm going to be disappointed with this match. Guest BorneAgain Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Nah, the last PPV I thought was worth ordering was Wrestlemania X7, and the WWE hasn't done anything to change my mind
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted September 21, 2002 Im gonna say uh.. NO. Its not cause I dont have the money (I have $35 bucks), or that I have something else to do (Nothing good on TV or anywhere to go..) So instead, Im choosing to watch the Falcons Bengals game instead of Unforgiven.
Guest jester Report post Posted September 21, 2002 I might order the replay, if the buzz is good. Heh, right.
