I voted for Starcade '93, because I love reading reviewers ripping up 1993 WCW. What can I say? Crap appeals to me as much as good stuff.

That Flair/Vader match was good, but come ON! Wrestlecrap at its best!

Why'd you say "NO POBO!!!" to my offer to work for you in some capacity?

Ergh. I'm well aware that that particular interest of mine is in the very small minority. Unless I attended one and felt it was interesting enough to write about, I wouldn't write about it. Talk to me on AIM and let's figure something out.

Since there are no WCW shows on the site, I'll add my Road Wild 99 rant some time soon and maybe even my Slamboree 1993 rant. Depending on how outdated it is and how lame I was one year ago when I wrote it.

If Starrcade is still ahead on Wednesday, prepare for over 2 hours of boredom, followed by one very good match. Have fun!!

I voted for the Hardcore DVD. At least I hope it was the DVD because the video probably has like no complete matches.

I disagree, The Austin vs Rhodes match is solid, if a little on the slow side. Cactus Jack is ALWAYS a treat to watch, even if its a squash.

The only really low points are the opener, The TV title match, and the Tag Title match.

Yeah its the DVD. Worst part of it is the part with Tazz. God that was boring.

I really don't want to go into great detail here since Mr. Rant will most likely be reviewing the show, but I will defend my point.

:)

- Pretty Wonderful vs. Marcus Bagwell & Too Cold Scorpio (11:45)

This was very boring, which we both agreed on.

- The Shockmaster vs. King Kong (1:34)

Too short to really suck.

- WCW TV Title: Steven Regal vs. Ricky Steamboat (15:00)

These two just never clicked in the ring. Lots of resting resulted.

- Cactus Jack & Maxx Payne vs. Tex Slashinger & Shanghai Pierce (7:48)

This was fun, but nothing to ride home about.

- WCW International World Title: Rick Rude vs. The Boss (9:08)

Rick Rude and the Big Bossman?? Not something I would want to sit through for 10 minutes.

- WCW US Title: Dustin Rhodes vs. Steve Austin (15:00)

We seem to disagree here. I thought the match was WAY too slow to be considered good.

- WCW Tag-Team Titles: The Nasty Boys vs. Sting & Road Warrior Hawk (29:11)

Speaking of HORRIBLE, this takes the cake. 30 minutes of pure hell. This match alone could ruin an entire show, IMO.

- WCW World Title: Vader vs. Ric Flair (21:11)

Finally something worthwhile.

Unfortunately, I never reviewed the show, so I have no ratings for the matches. Speaking of which, I think it's time to get cracking on this week's edition of Confidential.
