But I do know people who have done that, and yes, that really is taking it too far. Everybody has had relationships they regret, and everybody has had relationships they regret ending. But quite honestly, and this is coming from experience...if someone you love wouldn't blatantly lie to you, then she's not right for you in the first place. And yes, it sucks, and it might take some time for you to move on, but you have to tell yourself that she wasn't the one and move on. It's one thing to hide something small from him/her but its another to hide a big lie from them. Chances are in the end you will have made things 100 times worse than had you told them the truth. I know I have done things I'm not proud of and yes I have kept them a secret but in the end it was what was best for me. Trust is a two way street and quite honestly it can lead to a head on crash if not careful. I see it every damn day, from the same person may I add. She trusts him, he abuses that trust and I hear all about it.
