Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Courtesy of PWS Journalist Matthew Boone Shawn Michaels was in town signing autographs last night in California, as we reported before, so he stopped by the Staples Center in L.A. to visit his friends in WWE for the first time since his unforgettable match at SummerSlam in August. HBK commented on his last match, as well as the aftermath of it, by saying "It’s not bad. The adrenaline lasted for about a week; I didn’t feel anything. After a week it started to tighten up." However, Michaels changed his tune from only a month ago when he said he wouldn't have anymore matches, by saying he feels he's got another one in him, possibly for WrestleMania. He also mentioned that he might have even more in him for a few more matches other than that.

Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Interesting. I wish Shawn would just let it sit now. Better to end on a good match than a crap match. Especially a crap match where you hurt yourself. As an side, half the stuff posted on Newsboards by Matthew Boone is questionable, since he's the guy responsible for many of those stupid redirects on pages, such as: SHAWN MICHAELS TAKEN TO EMERGENCY ROOM FOLLOWING SUMMERSLAM!! Click HERE >>> This is why, since I've found places like 411 and 1Wrestling and the Observer, I've dubbed those 4000 newsboards as "Rumor Mills"
Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 majority of the Boards and pages, those you don't become members and or pay to be on, usually have some fricken link that has like some phony sensational story. LaParkaYourCar 0 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I understand 411 and 1wrestling, but the Observer is a little more credible.
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted September 23, 2002 I understand 411 and 1wrestling, but the Observer is a little more credible. Actually, what I'm trying to say is 411/Observer/1Wrestling/Torch (and the Torch just barely fits) is the only credible places anymore. I used to go to the "JOE'Z WRASSLIN NEWSBOARD" places before I came to this forum and learned of these more credible places. Nowadays the "HEADLINE: My best friend Joe says that Brock will win" places are just cheesy rumor mills.

Guest DJ Jeff Report post Posted September 23, 2002 Dudes! These links don't work for me? They aren't supposed to. Anyways, I wouldn't mind seeing at least one last match from HBK, hopefully at Wrestlemania 19. Maybe HHH vs. HBK, the rematch at Wrestlemania 19. That would be classic for sure. Guest Midnight Express83 Report post Posted September 23, 2002 You know what made people think HHH vs HBK was good: It was the only hardcoreish spot fest on the card. Every other match was mat based wrestling. HHH vs HBK was a spotfest. So people see this special match and think differently of it. HBK can only wrestle Angle, Eddy, or Benoit right now and get a good match. Only because he is wrestling three of the best workers on the whole roster, maybe in the whole fucking country. HBK should call it a career. Or HBK is going to be cripple who can't walk due to so many injuries and drugs to mask it. See Billington, Tom.
