If she says no to their offer, she goes to jail for a long time. If she says yes, her life can be in serious danger. Will Ade make it through Season 4? I can see Tony finding out,and in order to test Christopher's loyalty, order him to kill her. I could see him reluctantly doing it, then killing himself. Or you could have her become increasingly paranoid and kill Christopher, only to find out he wasn't going to off her. There really are a lot of ways they could play it out. He bascially explained to Melfi in the first episode that he was going to use Christopher as an emissary between him and everyone else. Tony has been giving Christopher more and more responsibility to build his confidence, ability, respect from others NOW. I think asking him to kill Adrianna would totally undermine that. Christopher NOT attempting to stop Arianna's killing would be proof enough of his loyalty. A side note: When the fuck did anybody start calling her "Aid"? The cop was going to have some type of trauma to the back of his head besides the gunshot wound, because Christopher hit him with a blunt object to knock him out. Also, the guy STILL had the handcuffs attached to his other hand when he was shot, and they weren't removed. AND Christpher shot the fish mounted on the wall. I found it rather funny that after he killed him, he wiped his own fingerprints off the gun, and made sure that he handled the cop's wallet with the handkerchief, but he didn't wear gloves and touched EVERYTHING in the house with his bare hands. That's the one thing that has always bothered me about the Sopranos. Often, they seem to be so careless when shown committing crimes, its a wonder they almost never get caught for anything.
