I may get flamed for this, but....

Recommended Posts

I'm really startin tol ike the idea of HHH and Flair hooking up. I know HHH has to be busting a nut working with his idol, I know I would if I wrestled alonside Flair. Anyways, here's my idea to make it work.

First, they should keep having HHH give off the persona of the high-class champ. Have you noticed he seems to come off a little better in the dress cloths and clean shaven then the roided up "Game"? Speaking of which, he could stand to slim down and help improve his ringwork.

Second, he needs to start treating the belt like it used to by flair, holding it folded up in his arms during interviews, wearing the tailored suits and designer shoes. Walking around like he was better than everybody else and always finding the easy way out in most matches , but backing it up when it really mattered (the blowoffs to most of his feuds)

Needs to surround himself with lackeys (I know the Horsemen have been done to death, but it can still be done right). The question is, who could fit this role? Mike Sanders would have been great, good on the stick, adequate ring skills (reminded me of Tully Blanchard), Chris Nowinski would be awesome in one of these roles, Young up and comer who could turn face when seasoned right (Like Luger or Windham). Chris Benoit maybe, but he should really be in Main Event level. Maybe Kanyon, Steven Richards or Bautista. The point is HHH shouldn't have to dirty his hands with whoopin on others, thats what his lackeys do.

They really need to end the split, talent is obviously spread thin if you got Bubba in the main event. Here's how I would be pushing people once the split ended:

Top Heels (HHH, Flair (for support, Benoit)

Top Faces (Jericho, Angle, RVD)

Upper midcard (Bookdust vs Heel taker and Kane (make em dominators)

Work Rhyno, Dreamer, Kanyon, Richards and Lance Storm in the IC

title picture

Put Brock in an angle that he got lucky winning the title and has to

work his way up from the bottom and gain respect

Put on kickass cruiserweight matches, Rey Rey, Moore, Hurricane,

Chavo.

Anyways, you get the point, I HHHate fjust like you guys, but I can always see the good that can be gotten from a bad situation.

P.S. Booker wouldn't be in that position for long, I think he deserves to be up there in the World Title picture at some point soon.

The problem with this is HHH already puts himself in all the top skits and matches. Why does he need Flair with him to elevate himself more? Flair should be teamed with someone who needs a little push to get to that next level, not someone who is at that level. All this does is help HHH and Flair. It does nothing to elevate someone who needs a little something to get them up higher.

I think this idea would have worked two years ago. Flair needs to take a long leave of absense from the ring and, perhaps, so should Triple H. I would have loved a Four Horsemen like stable two years ago, but it's just a waste of time right now. Last night I was expecting Flair to say something like, "Triple H, I've said you're the man...Well, to be the man, you've got to beat the man" and then challenge him for the World Title, beat him, and then retire with belt. Or something along those lines. But that didn't happen, instead someone decided that it's imperative for Triple H to have a legend as his manager (much like Shawn Michaels was asked to do).

well, I think the point I was trying to get across, is to make HHH a truly cridible heel that deserves to be in that spot byt ringwork(and not fucking the boss's daughter) and then giving the rub to someone lower on the card (like Flair did for Sting)

Me personally, I would rather see HHH become the heel he was in 99-2000. I think the best scenario for Flair is to team him up with Nowinski, give him a bit of a rub.
