Guest Vern Gagne Posted September 25, 2002 Report Posted September 25, 2002 On SportsCenter tonight they said several attorney's contacted Tom Gamboa saying he could sue the White Sox. Gamboa said he has no plans on sueing anyone. Know does anyone think these snakes contacted Gamboa because they care about his well being or did they see $ signs and wanna cash in. Lawyers like this:
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted September 25, 2002 Report Posted September 25, 2002 I think those lawyers had that father-son white trash dynamic duo's best interests in mind when contacting them regarding legal action. I'd sue the White Sox on counts of fraud -- they're billed as a major-league baseball team, right?
Guest Some Guy Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Well if you were going to sue someone and wanted money would you sue a criminal and his delinquent son or a multi-million dollar MLB team? I'm sure that Gamboa didn't have to pay for his medical attention and he really doesn't haev much of a case against the Chi-Sox, besides an unsafe working environment and even that's iffy because people running on the field and attacking players almost never happens.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted September 27, 2002 Report Posted September 27, 2002 Since when has not having a case stopped the legal system from rewarding oodles of money to undeserving plantiffs?
