Guest nikowwf Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 House show tours are doing HHH / Bubba and RVD / Flair. I don't want to see either one. It really looks like this is where they are going for the PPV. Please sign your name and email here, and I'll send the list to the WWE complaining about this sh*t set of matches for the PPV. Niko
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 No one wants to see this..... FeArHaVoC [email protected]
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I have faith that Bubba will be too hurt. Of course...they already know this but since facing RVD again will mean jobbing, they are looking for either a Dr. that will sign off on Bubba competing...or buying time while they find someone else to sacrafice to HHH. I hate him.
Guest DJ Jeff Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Nobody wants to see this match, that's for sure. DJ Jeff [email protected]
Guest buffybeast Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Nobody wants to see this match, that's for sure. DJ Jeff [email protected] I want to see this match.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I'm *still* not convinced BuffyBeast isn't Jim Ross...
Guest mickberna Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 The worst part will be seeing JR's next Ross Report... "Bubba Ray, or Bubba Tough as I like to call the big horse, has a mild pinched nerve which has been causing him to lose feeling in his right arm. He has been to Dr. Andrews, and he has decided the best course of action is to work through the pain until No Mercy, when HHH will bury him. By the time that match is over, Bubba could retire and nobody would notice anyway."
Guest papacita Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I don't have a problem with HHH/Bubba. The build between the two actually has me interested in a payoff (which is very rare with the WWE these days), and it would be good to see another fresh face in the Raw ME. If Bubba's not too injured, I say let HHH go over him at No Mercy and have the RVD rematch for Survivor Series.
Guest buffybeast Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 By the time that match is over, Bubba could retire and nobody would notice anyway." I'd notice. I like Bubba Ray.
Guest jester Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Actually, I do want this match to happen. Let HHH/Bubba and UT/Brock headline the show. Furthermore, take RVD out of the show completely. Give Steph another segment. Hey, for good measure, heavily hype that HHH is going to make a major announcement at the PPV. The when the buyrates are comparable to Heroes of Wrestling, maybe then Vince will finally get the point.
Guest DJ Jeff Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Hey, for good measure, heavily hype that HHH is going to make a major announcement at the PPV. When HHH doesn't make that major announcement, the WWE will lose even more fans.
Guest snowfan Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Hey, for good measure, heavily hype that HHH is going to make a major announcement at the PPV. When HHH doesn't make that major announcement, the WWE will lose even more fans. I-uh am here-uh to tell you-uh..... rambles for 19 minutes the game-uh..... Vince honestly thinks the fair weather fans have just forgotten to tune in for three months.....
Guest AndrewTS Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I don't want to see it. However, I'm thinking Buh Buh may just work through the injury. He's BUH BUH TOUGH! Incidentally, what is the official WWE spelling? It's been Buh Buh as long as I can remember--as retarded as it sounds. And don't give me a wise ass reply saying "who cares?"
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 who cares? It's Bubba in the WWE. Just like it's Tazz with two zs and Rhyno with a Y
Guest Human Fly Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I just don't understand why they decided to elevate Bubba Dudley. What did they talk about in the meeting? "We need a new Main Eventer. Booker T. is really over and has ME experience. Kane is coming back and he was having a good run before he got hurt. Wait, what's Bubba Dudley doing?"
Guest AndrewTS Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 who cares? It's Bubba in the WWE. Just like it's Tazz with two zs and Rhyno with a Y Okay, now I have to re-retrain myself. Human Fly: Speaking of re-res--they seem to think BUBBA (that's once for me) is insanely over--but it's the tables schtick. To be honest, he does get a decent pop, and I think he's not a bad wrestler. He has some cool looking power moves, and can bump and sell well. However, I hate the apeing of Dusty, and think he didn't need the constant protection. EDIT: Forgot Andrew Skocik code_red_mc(AT)hotmail(DOT)com
Guest Rob Edwards Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Yup I'll sign Fo Sho Adam Bomb [email protected]
Guest buffybeast Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 When Bubba first came to the WWF, they spelled his name Buh Buh Ray Dudley. When he left the stuttering gimmick, they changed the spelling of his name to its present form. Why wouldn't WWF want to elevate Bubba?
Guest El Psycho Diablo Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 ..because there are people more over than him?
Guest snowfan Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 When Bubba first came to the WWF, they spelled his name Buh Buh Ray Dudley. Guest lowavenue Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 do the petition to get rid of HHH from the WWE
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I have no problem with it <IF> they are saving HHH vs Van Dam for Survivor Series. I like the way they've built up HHH and Bubba too.So they get the match at No Mercy.Van Dam goes through Flair (assumingly so but hey, this is Vince and the WWE) to get the shot at Hunter's bogus world title at SS. I have no problem at all with this.I even think both will be watchable ..not **** watchable but watchable
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 That right there is the biggest IF ever. I assume HHH will pass that by and move on to taking his win back from Kane. Plus...as I said before...since Bubba couldn't get his heat back after the match by putting HHH through the table...and RVD did, the heat all went back on the HHH/RVD program. If they continue on with an injured Bubba vs. HHH program, and move RVD back down for the fourth time...it won't be pretty.
LaParkaYourCar Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I think it was said perfectly. Bubba shouldn't be pushed cause there ARE others more over than him like Booker T.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Maybe they'll play off the botched table spot as Bubba trying to injure HHH because that did look kinda grusome at first view.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 I think they just want to use Bubba as a time filler till a big name Survivor Series match.Test him out..see the response. I don't want Booker thrown in there for filler.I could see him being the next top contender once his Goldust team runs it's course.
LaParkaYourCar Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 If that's what they're doing then okay. Let's do a what if.... What if Bubba accidently injures HHH. Then both HHH and Bubba would be injured. What becomes of the World Title?? I say they hold a tournament for it and have RVD come out the winner.
Guest Slingshot Suplex Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 HHH gets the 180 day waiver rule allowing him to retain the title probably
Guest Brian Posted September 26, 2002 Report Posted September 26, 2002 Kane would have to drop the tag titles first, so I doubt he'll hold the title that long, so if naything it might be a TV match.
