Guest Doomsault Report post Posted September 29, 2002 Pretty much self explanatory. Mine are in order: The Night, Dawn, and Day of the Dead Star Wars Indian Jones I'm sure I missed at least one but for right now, that's it.

Guest Angle-plex Report post Posted September 29, 2002 Star Wars (I don't even like the movies that much) Indiana Jones The Godfather didn't make it because I didn't like Part II that much, and Part III should be ignored all together.

Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted September 29, 2002 Star Wars & Indiana Jones are the big two. I imagine Lord of the Rings will join this list, unless they completely screwed up the next two films.

Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted September 29, 2002 Smith has made 5 movies. Hard to have a trilogy with 5 movies, eh? Among the above listed (minus Lord Of The Rings), add in: Die Hard Evil Dead

Guest Karnage Report post Posted September 29, 2002 I imagine Lord of the Rings will join this list, unless they completely screwed up the next two films. I heard that Peter Jackson might re-edit the Two Towers so it looks as if there is a love triangle going on between three characters (forgot who). I hope he doesn't do that and ruin the trilogy. Guest Sassquatch Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Indiana Jones Die Hard I'd love to say the Godfather but Part 3 is just so Goddam awful that I can't in good conscience give it the nod. Star wars would have been a great pick had the Return of the Jedi not been so shitty as well. Jurassic Park is a joke.

Guest ISportsFan Report post Posted September 30, 2002 My top three: 1. Star Wars 2. Indiana Jones 3. Back to the Future Oliver Stone's war trilogy (Platoon, Born on the 4th, Heaven & Earth) is awesome too, but they're not related past the Vietnam topic. Guest kkktookmybabyaway Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Godfather would be it if part three wasn't so bad... Jones would be it if I liked the Temple of Doom better... I guess I gotta go w/ the original Star Wars...

Guest godthedog Report post Posted September 30, 2002 i'm torn on the godfather thing. the first 2 were among the top 20 movies ever made, but that third one sucked some major elephant cock. oh my god did that one ever suck. but i guess i'll pick godfather anyway, since the other 2 are so much better than any installment of any other trilogy. Guest C.H.U.D. Report post Posted September 30, 2002 would the Luc Besson movies count? La Femme Nikita, Leon The Professional, Kiss of Dragon, Transporter? Besson didn't make Kiss of the Dragon or The Transporter. As for my pick, I'll go with the Indiana Jones trilogy.
Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I'm going to go with Romero's Dead films just because that kid in Temple of Doom annoys the hell out of me and ruins the entire film.
Guest CoreyLazarus416 Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Considering the Star Wars films count as a double-trilogy, the original trilogy is still game. But three movies made with all of the characters tied together, but still different storylines, does not a trilogy make.
Guest pochorenella Report post Posted September 30, 2002 The Star Wars Trilogy rules the universe. Indiana Jones is a close second (missed with Temple of Doom) Die Hard (3 was weak but still came out okay) Rambo (come on, R3 wasn't that bad. I'm a Stallone mark) Sorry, haven't seen the complete Evil Dead series, and Godfather III sucks. And Alien would have qualified if not for that awful part three.
