Normally I don't comment on the American wrestling business much on this web site, but for this one time - I think the cause is justifiable.

 

Just when you thought the crazy antics of XPW owner Rob Black were subsiding, the following will make you question why he isn't in a mental institution:

After reading this, I think even I was shocked at the fact that this man is trying to torture this animal. There are animal abuse laws in effect in the state of California, and unless someone like you can notify authorities, his behavior will continue.

Well, I'm sure it does happen ... but this is obviously just being done because he's a sadistic monster who obviously needs a lot of attention. Personally, I don't care about XPW … after reading the Grimes thread, which I don't really think was as much his fault as people seemed to think, I took a little more of a look into the Supreme incident. Letting some untrained valet set up the spot and apparently turning the idiot’s burning alive into an angle was pretty bad. As long as they keep working for there, I guess they don't mind or something.

 

They have a choice in the matter.

If this story is true, and indeed Rob Black goes ahead with this stunt (and it actually happens, not a worked angle), I expect Rob Black to be arrested. As for the actual XWF, I have never seen any of it firsthand so I can't really comment on the product.

Between stunts that are so dangerous that they are quite literally deadly, to repeatedly ripping off its fanbase with broken promises, to this latest little example of barbarism and complete lack of morals (not to mention consistently bad wrestling), I can't believe that anyone still supports Black or XPW.  

 

But I'd bet that the feeding never takes place, and never really was supposed to take place.  Something like "dog rescued at the last second" most likely.  I don't have any confidence in XPW's ability to follow up on their own sick claims.  Which is worse: to feed a dog to a snake and sell the video, or to say that you're going to, in a publicity stunt, while knowing that it's a lie?

Mabey it is a matter of Rob Black's name being associated with the act.  Either way I don't give a fuck.  I own a snake (Baby Ball Python) and a puppy (Baby Rot), and I am so offended by this I can barley speak about it.
