The confusion here is that Rob Black the real guy also plays a character in XPW also named Rob Black, the evil Vince McMahon-type boss.  When you see Rob Black running his mouth on their web site, threatening to kill a dog or whatever, it's Rob Black the character, not the real guy.  Just like when you have Vince McMahon on nwo.wwf.com saying he's gonna kill the WWF, you don't take him seriously.  It's his character.

My personal opinion is that this was all a hoax.  Black SAID he was going to do this, but didn't really plan to....the goal was to get all of this attention, then "save" the dog.  I suppose the old "any publicity is good publicity" line of thought is being applied here.

 

Even so, even if Black had no intention of ever killing this dog....this is some REALLY sick shit that he's doing.  Even if this was a big publicity stunt, just the concept of it is disturbing to me.  Black has some very real mental problems, I'm thinking.
