Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Anyone else having problems signing into their Hotmail? I haven't been able to in about a week now.

Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted September 30, 2002 No problem here, either.
Guest DJ Jeff Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I haven't had any problems. Try creating a new account, and e-mailing Hotmail from that one letting them know of the problem. That's what I did when my Hotmail account was acting like a bitch a few months back.
Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I had a ton of stuff saved in my account so I'd hate to lose it. That's weird i'd just lost my account out of nowhere. I had the same one for over a year.
Guest Texas Small Arms 09 Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Just an observation, you could have been over your message limit. I had stuff saved from a few years back and one day everything was gone. Hotmail updated some shit and it wiped out my saved items. Or you may not have logged in enough and it closed your account. I believe you have 30 days or something like that
Guest oldschoolwrestling Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I had a problem a couple weeks ago where I couldn't sign in from my house (where I pay for MSN) but could sign in at work with no problem. It worked after a week so I don't know what the problem was. I was able to sign in from home using my msn accts but not my hotmail accts.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I had trouble signing in on my computer last week, but I could sign in out here on my family's computer. And we share the exact same DSL and everything... Turns out I had about 90 unread messages in my junk folder. Huh.
Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Nope, none of those reasons. I keep getting this when I try to sign in and when I tried to make a new account. Guest Kotzenjunge Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I'm always signed in through MSN messenger, but I also delete my Junk Mail twice a day or so. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest FeArHaVoC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 I always delete my mail also. I usually go into it once a day. I think its just the site. Not the first time I've had problems with Hotmail. and I've gone through hotmail.com & msn.com and I get the same thing.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted September 30, 2002 Well, I can't get into my account right now.. I think it is just the site, but I haven't gotten rid of the Junk Mail lately... Nevermind. EDIT: Just want to mention that I got in today, and I had 177 spam messages. That was great.
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted October 1, 2002 I've had my Hotmail Account since June of 1998, and thats my only problem. I get about 250 spam emails a day, and maybe 2 or 3 emails that I actually want to read, but Im too lazy to sign up for a new address. I've also maxed out the block email address thing hotmail offers and I have to clear my inbox out twice a day so that I dont miss an email when Hotmail shuts down your account for having over their paltry limit. Rob E Dangerously 0 Report post Posted October 1, 2002 You all do know that Hotmail allows for alot of spam to be sent to the free accounts so they will give in and buy more storage, right?
Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted October 1, 2002 I figured that out a long time ago, but why spend 20 bucks or whatever it is and have more storage space for more spam so that I'll end up having to delete more spam just not twice a day.
Guest T®ITEC Report post Posted October 1, 2002 My Hotmail account is used strictly for Junk, anyhow. Yahoo is where it's at, G-Money.
Guest Leena Report post Posted October 2, 2002 NEVER use Hotmail. Besides the junk mail, it also has piss poor security. Yahoo is better, and easier to use.
Guest treble charged Report post Posted October 2, 2002 Also, as far as I know, you can go over the 6 meg limit that Yahoo gives you, as I've done that several times.
Guest papacita Report post Posted October 2, 2002 I had a hotmail account a few years ago, and did not like it. I prefer Excite. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got a paper to write.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Report post Posted October 2, 2002 I had one hotmail account that all it got was Junk Mail so I got a new one and I've NEVER had a single peice of Junk Mail. Weird huh?
