Guest eirejmcmahon Report post Posted October 1, 2002 I don't agree with bps on...well...anything, really but it looks like he was dead right on the HHH hitlist. For months he's (bps) been harping on about how HHH was going after RVD and Kane to get his wins back. Now old bps tends to suffer a bit of the selective blindness when it comes to certain subjects (don't we all ?) so I discounted his rantings out of hand but, fairs fair, with HHH now set to go over Kane at the end of the month, it looks like he called this one. Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted October 1, 2002 You guys go overboard. I know it's not at it's best right now, but maybe you seriously need to find a new hobby or something. And I'll find it funny if Kane wins at the show.
Guest NoCalMike Report post Posted October 1, 2002 As if Kane winning would do anything for the company anyway. The whole fact of the matter is the main event is gonna be Triple H vs. Kane.....does it matter who wins!?!
Guest Jobber of the Week Report post Posted October 1, 2002 While I think our dislike of HHH is universal, I like Kane. I don't think he'll draw money as champ, but I don't think anyone from Raw is going to right now. Even Booker T, as much as I love the guy. Which brings me to something. Brian Gewirtz seems to be channeling the spirit of Vince Russo with first HLA segments and then the football slams and so on. It has to be him since there's no way someone who oversees both shows could intentionally make one show (SD) so much better than the other (Raw.) My suggestion about finding a new hobby was to just do something else until the crap dies down, I did that in late 99 around the time Vince won the title. Guest Nater Report post Posted October 1, 2002 Isnt RVD on Raw? Despite him being being constantly weakened, the fans dont seem to care and continue to love him... always going apeshit like its going out of fashion .. thats something you would want your champ to do. Yeah, but I don't think RVD will make money as well. At least not now. I'd rather he get the belt when he can have a meaningful run. They had a nice little storyline here revolving around Paul, RVD, and Brock but failed to acknowledge it, which is sad since they could worked some ECW into the storyline very easily. As much as I love Kurt, the murmurs I hear of an Angle/Lesnar ME at WrestleMania makes me sad. I'd rather see RVD (Raw) vs Brock (SD) in a unification match to make One Big Title
Guest HartFan86 Report post Posted October 1, 2002 The thing that pisses me off is Jericho was just used as a champ to job to Kane, then HHH. Guh-ay.
