Favorite: Either WrestleMania VIII or Summer Slam 92. Maybe not the prettiest shows all around but full of nostalgia, some great gimmicks, and plenty of decent if not awesome matches. Bret Hart was still a midcarder that stole the show from the top guys, the events were built up for months ahead of time as opposed to 2 weeks, and the ending to both events are truely classic.

Best: The best show from top to bottom I've seen would have to be WrestleMania X-7. It's lacking in the main event department, which would be my only problem with the show. I think if it had a match like Rock / Hogan to end the show instead of the Austin turn it would be untouchable.

The show was full of classics (Angle/Benoit, Taker/Triple H, TLC2) and bringing back Bobby Heenan & Gene Okerlund to host the gimmick battle royal was a great addition to the card.

Favorite: WrestleMania VIII. This was the first PPV that I ever ordered and it's still my favorite to this day. Seeing Randy Savage defeat Ric Flair for the WWF title was great.

Best: I agree. The best PPV that I've ever seen was WrestleMania X-Seven. I loved the Rock-Austin main event. Beniot/Angle, TLC 2 & Undetaker/HHH were all awesome.

Best: Probably WrestleMania X-Seven or WrestleMania X. Sure, WMX only had two good matches, but they both over shadow any other crap that could have taken place on the show.

Favourite: I'm going to have to go with Royal Rumble 2000. Good matches from Dudleyz/Hardyz, Tazz/Angle, a decent Rumble match, and an awesome Foley/HHH match (a personal favourite) make the show for me.

Same as Treble, except Wrestlemania XVII is bar none the best ever in my eyes.

BEST: Great American Bash 89. Varsity Club vs Steiners, Muta vs Sting, Steamboat vs Luger, WARGAMES, Funk vs Flair, hot crowd, need I say more?

Greatest PPV is a tie with GAB 89 and WMX-Seven

Fav PPV is WrestleWar and Rumble 2000.

Tough one... as a favourite I'd say WWF In Your House 16, I love it. As best, I've got an obsession with ECW Hardcore Heaven 2000. I mean, RVD vs. Lynn, Yoshi vs. Corino, Balls vs. Tanaka, Sandman vs. Rhino, Credible vs. Storm, all great matches.

Best: IYH 16,GAB 89 and WM X-7

Favorite:Heatwave 98 is a great card for nostaliga(It was the first ECW PPV I saw) and wrestling. I always thought the RVD and Sabu Vs Hayabusa and Hakushi match was way underrated. My favorite is probably Summerslam 2000 this is a great card to just kick back on a Sunday afternoon and be entertained for three hours.

best overall would probably be the 1994 super j cup.

my favorite is the 2001 royal rumble. just an amazing show, better than the wrestlemania from the same year that everybody here loves on so much. cut the 2-minute chyna atrocity, & you're about as close to "all meat and no fat" as you can get.

BEST: Wrestlemania X7

Great card overall. From Jericho/Regal to Austin/Rock and everything in between, this was an awesome event. Best Wrestlemania of all-time, and my pick as the best WWE PPV of all-time.

FAVORITE: Wrestlemania X8

I was there LIVE. Need I say more?

I think WM X-7 definitely. The main event is so underrated it's not even funny. The card was stacked.

Royal Rumble 2000 (the one with HHH vs. Jack, whatever year that was). Is also a stellar PPV. Its probably the only non-Wrestlemania WWF PPV I can think of that was stacked (can anybody think of others).

also, WM X was deadly, just a cool feel to it all around

Fav: Halloween Havok 97

Matches were very good. Mysterio vs. Guerrero, Nagata vs. Dragon, Jericho vs. Jedo, a very underrated DDP vs. Savage match made this show awesome.

Plus it was the first PPV I ever ordered live.

I was at the GAB 89 show. It ruled something fierce. I also really liked WM X and X7.

I think the greatest PPV ever was Wrestlemania 17 just because it effected so many people's lives more than GAB 89. Like instead of 12,000 in Baltimore, it was 70,000 in Houston. Instead of a buyrate of 1.5 for GAB 89, it was a buyrate of 2.4 Mania on PPV. And, you can go into the mall and buy Mania x7 where you have to look everywhere for a decent copy of GAB.

Compraing the matches, Austin/Rock is better than Flair/Funk, Benoit/Angle is better than Sting/Muta, and the TLC is better than Wargames.

Both the best, and my favorite PPV ever would have to be Wrestlemania 17. Austin vs. the Rock was stellar, and it was their best match ever in my opinion. Plus, you had Benoit vs. Angle, HHH vs. the Undertaker, and TLC 2.

Favorite PPV...I'd say In Your House 2 for the Shawn/Jarrett match alone.

Best: Probably SummerSlam 02.
