It's not just your PC, they're not there for me either.

 

The folders are still there, just not linked on the forums index for whatever reason.

I can't see them either. As far as I can tell in the Admin CP, they're all set as active forums, and the permissions look OK. I have no idea why they wouldn't be listed. Maybe an Admin would know more.

Ok, digging deeper, I found a setting that kept the categories themselves hidden. All should be back to normal now.

 

Admins: if there was a reason these forums disappeared (and it wasn't just a board screwup of some kind), then my fix is easily enough reversed.
