Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted October 4, 2002 I remember seeing him on a ad on my Super j Cup 94 tape they did ads for other tapes, one tape was a Gaijin in japan tapes showcasing American and non Japan wrestlers there. One they showed Hawk and I assume is Sasaki in Road Warrior Paint and Shoulder pads with spikes.
Guest RickyChosyu Report post Posted October 4, 2002 Sasaki seemed like a workrate God when you put him next to Hawk. If there was a "no selling piece of shit" to measure against all others, he's it. Yeesh. "I can no-sell this piledriver because I'm MANLY!!!! AAAAWWWHATARUSH!!!!

Guest DragonflyKid Report post Posted October 4, 2002 I recently saw Muta/Hogan vs. Hellraisers 9/23/93 which was awful. Power Warrior vs. Muta 1/4/97 which was bad. Tsuruta/Yatsu vs. Road Warriors which I enjoyed!!! I didn't enjoy it for the RWs but for Yatsu and Jumbo, I even enjoyed the Jumbo/Abby the Butcher match from 10/22/76 for Jumbo's performance alone. Young Jumbo was great and I definitely need to get a bunch of AJ classics. I will be watching the Tsuruta/Race 6/11/77 match which I hear is outstanding and they thankfully have it in full on the tape I have. They cut Jumbo/T. Funk 6/11/76 to nothing yet had the ATB match in full as well as Tsuruta/Taylor 12/3/76 in almost full.
