Guest tombstone Report post Posted October 4, 2002 No Mercy PPV Test, Christian & Lance Storm defeated Rob van Dam, Goldust & Jeff Hardy Mixed up match, poorly booked. RVD is going for the ***** on Christian when Regal clocks him with the Brass Knuckles and Christian covers fior the pin. (*1/2) RAW Tag Team Titles Rosie & Jamal defeated Bubba & Spike Crap match. Spike takes the fat ass Samoan splash through a table for the 1 - 2 - 3. (*) Eddie Guerrero defeated Rikishi Eddie works over Rikishi's knee causing him to fall when he attempted a super kick. eddie hammers him in the knee and lands the Frog Splash for the pin. (***) SD! Tag Team Title Tourney Final Edge & Rey Mysterio defeated Jamie Noble & Tajiri Edge & Rey get a VERY popular win in a good match when tajiri has Edge in the Tarantula. Rey hits the 619 on both men and lands the west Coast pop on a rolling in Noble. Edge spears a dazed Tajiri for the double pin and a HUGE pop. (*** 1/2) Chris Jericho defeated Booker T Jericho works over Booker's legs, which JR sells as stopping Booker's kicks. Jericho is halved by an axe kick and feigns injury as Booker does the Spinarooni and takes his legs out as he goes for the Scissors Kick. Leads to a Walls of Jericho and a submission win. (***) World & Intercontinental Title Unification Match Triple H © defeated Kane © Slow crap match. kane plants HHH with a chokeslam and is then distracted by Flair. RVD runs out and attacks Flair, but it is too late as HHH drills Kane with the sledgehammer and hits the Pedigree for the win. (**) submission match Kurt Angle defeated Chris Benoit Godlike match. At the end after 20 minutes of pure psychology Benoit tries to take Angle down by the arm for the Cross-face. Angle however uses a drop toe hold to send Benoit sprawling and locks on the Ankle Lock for the win. (*****) Undisputed World Title Hell in a Cell Brock Lesnar ©defeated the Undertaker Brock & taker brawl about, with Brock eventually fleeing a rampant taker onto the roof of the cell. matt Hardy attacks the Undertaker as he climbs (with difficulty given his broken hand). This ends up in a three way brawl on top of the cage and Matt hardy ends up taking the Mick Foley Table Bump off the side. However, this allows Brock to hit the f5 on top of the cage which breaks a portion of the cage off and the Undertaker is left dangling by his bad hand. Brock stamps on the taker's hand and climbs down and hits a second f5 after a kick out for the 1 - 2 - 3. (***)
Guest Your Olympic Hero Report post Posted October 4, 2002 Not bad. If anyone can pull ***'s out of RIkishi, it's EDDY Hopefully they find a better way to book RVD than a throwaway sixman tag at Unforgiven... but the sad thing is, your booking is probably close to what will happen
