Xplosion in NY?

I was wondering if anyone knew what time and channel Xplosion would be airing in in the NYC-LI area. I searched it through TVGuide.com and came up with nothing.

I was thinking the same exact thing, since I live on the island. I didn't see it either, and I want to see what this fed is all about without having to pay for it every week. However, I think NY is too "sophisticated" to pick up NWA-TNA, so unless the fed gets really hot, I think we're shit outta luck.

Well NY picked up DiBiase's religous promotion (WXO) and McLane's women promotion. Both were on FOX late Saturday Night. I e-mailed the NWA TNA, so we'll see.

If you get the Urban America Network in your area, you're getting Xplosion.

 

(Also, if you get Wildside where you live, most likely you get Xplosion, since Bill Behrens syndicates both.)

WOW was stopped airing last year, but NY got it while it was on.

Do any of you pick up stations from the Rochester, New York area and have WBGT?

 

I saw that Wrestlevision will start airing on that station, but heard nothing about Xplosion. Just Wildside.

Essentially, I pick up all of the NYC channels. Nothing north, south, or west of the city. I also don't get some Suffolk County channels because they fall too far east.

I wish the DC area picked up Xplosion! Then again we never got ECW TV, or Metal/Jakked so I doubt we will.

I think we only got ECW on the MSG network, which you had to pay extra for.

 

I get the Raw recap show (in the old Metal timeslot), but not the SD! one. I forget there new names. Metal was only good for the occassional Low Ki` match.

Yes, ECW was on MSG from February 1995 to sometime in 2000. I never had to pay for it though. Also, in the New Jersey area, it would also be seen on CTN (I think that was Saturday/early Sun, and MSG was Sun./early Mon.) (Ah, I could go on for hours on end about my NY area wrestling memories...future thread possibility????)

 

Unfortunately, we lost Urban America early this year, so if Xplosion turned up there, I'd be out of luck. As it is, I am still fuming to this day about losing my Wildside access (and the odd Dobie Gillis rerun, man that show ruled. And yes I still need a Wildside source, any takers?)
