Foes of online music swapping sing out in Sacramento

Musical legend Mary Wilson of the Supremes and aspiring stars 3rd Storee carried the recording industry's downloading-equals-theft message to the state Capitol Thursday, seeking the Legislature's help in halting online music piracy.

"We're breeding a lot of thieves because that's what they're taught to do," Wilson said during an Assembly subcommittee hearing on the effects of digital music piracy. "It's literally taking money out of everybody's pockets."

Bah! Fuck California government, we know how competent they are, what with the energy crisis, and the fucking trendo f REQUIRING auto insurance liability and all (thus raising innocent drivers' like myself's finances through the fucking roof becuase they need to have insurance when they can't afford it, thus the insurance companies know this and jack their rates way the fuck up, knowing there's no alternative for california drivers to get a state-compensated program, because driving "is a privilege, not a right", when it technically should be, because how successful CAN you be without a fucking car, anyways? Why is anyone listening to musical nobodies. Yes, this Mary Wilson is a nobody nowadays. And "3rd Storee"? What the hell? I hate these assholes already.

It's not my fault. Everyone else was doing it, so I joined in. If people involved in the LA Riots can get away with the mob mentality excuse, so can I.

Besides, it's not stealing -- it's SHARING.

PS: Why would someone from the Supremes care about P2P -- it's not like THEIR music is getting ganked...
