They established the cheat to win guidelines last week against Henry and Rikishi. Next step would be to bring back one of the best shirts of all time "Eddy Guerrero is my favorite wrestler", with of course "cheat to win" on the back; or update it to the Ventura quote that I saw on one of SK's rants - "Win if you can, lose if you must, but always cheat. If someone tells you otherwise, poke them in the eye to distract them and then pin them with your feet on the ropes. Now you know, and knowing is half the battle". Have Eddy and Chavo come out for a few weeks wearing those shirts, and of course cheating to win. The next step would be to challenge two clean babyfaces to a match with a slave type stipulation. This is where it would be tough because most faces cheat nowadays, but the best ones I can think of would be Rey Jr. and John Cena. Then go through the usual routine, the faces stick with the Guerrero's because of their honour, they show their humiliation at having to wear Eddy's shirt, they reluctantly accept some wins via Eddy's cheating assisstance and show their frustration, they refuse some wins and have the ref DQ them then get bitched out by Eddy. All the while Cena and Rey maintain their face ways and support each other. Eventually theres a match between Rey and Cena where they both finally turn on Eddy and beat on him, only to have Cena turn and nail Rey with a chair for the win. If there's a mid-card belt back by this time, all the better if this match wins Cena the belt. Eddy's a master heel so he could really get the crowd against him, there'd be a huge reaction for Rey finally breaking and attacking him, and a lot of hatred on Cena for turning on Rey.
