I dunno, but its appaling to me as a person who spent two years of my life to gain an education in the Culinary Industry so that one day I could own my own restaurant (possibly..), and here she is with her own restaurant and probably doesnt have a clue what she's doing..

Well, she wouldn't relly be running it, right? As the owner the blame ultimately falls on her shoulders but the people running the day-to-day operations are the ones who are to blame for this.

How sad is it that she gets a restaurant, really, when I know guys who bust their balls to cook at the 5* level, but will never see their own restaurant. I am so waiting 10 years from now for the behind the music britney spears where she talks about her 2 pounds of coke a week habit. Hopefully she will die earlier, just like Mark Henery.
