Inca does rule, although if he could keep the Alf memories dead and buried, I would appreciate it.

If you ruled, then this thread would be better. Taking the contrapostive of that last statement, it's been geometrically proven that you do not in fact rule.

Of course, I don't like to make blanket statements, but at the very least it is a rebuttable presumption that as of yet remains unrebutted.
