Guest bob_barron Report post Posted October 8, 2002 From Meltz- A Brooklyn, NY jury today decided unanimously that Nicole Bass was not sexually harassed during her stay in the WWF and awarded her no damages in her claim against both the company and Steve Lombardi after a rather quick deliberation. Based on how the testimony had gone during the two week trial, that was the expected result. She claims sexual harassment and says she wasn't treated right by the superstars, yet this is the same person that willingly went on Howard Stern on serveral occasions and agreed to take a DNA test to prove she was indeed a female. She also went into the bathroom in the Howard Stern studio, stripped and had Robin go in there and examine her. First off anyone that goes on Howard Stern and agrees to anything deserves what they get and I would have loved to be a lawyer of Vince, I would have tried to get all this shit in to show exactly what she is trying to claim.
