Guest ShooterJay Posted October 10, 2002 Report Posted October 10, 2002 I was on the 9/21 bus tour. It's a good time, bus (really a van) is spacious, the guy who runs it is a stand-up guy. The guys I was with were some college students, a couple of hardcore net geeks, overall good people. According to Jim Quinlan (the guy who runs it) there have been a few retards on the trip though. Cost was $55, tickets included. A stop is made outside WWE headquarters for photos. The trip back though, is MURDER. No time for sleep, you leave as soon as the show is over and drive through the night, making only two rest stops. So basically, you go almost 24 hours with no sleep. (I mentioned this before, but a cool bonus was that I met and talked to Amazing Red for about a minute, because he stopped at the same highway rest area- SAT were there too, but I was afraid of screwing their names up and didn't talk to them.) The next one is pretty expensive, $110 but it's to both the ROH AND CZW shows. If I can pull together some cash and school isn't weighing me down, I'm going. Overall, I'd recommend it, if you can function without sleep, it's a blast.
