Dazed and Confused is a fucking rad show, I'd just say it isn't really a coming of age flick. High school party movies are just...party movies. Nothing more, nothing less.

 

I personally hated Ghost World. I felt the exploitation of Steve Buschemi's general creepiness was kinda witty, but in the end it just gave me terrible nightmares. I really didn't enjoy the film as a whole. From the characters, to the setting, to the story - it all sucked.

 

And yes Almost Famous rules - and its not just because of Jeff Bebe, its because Cameron Crowe makes some of the best movies ever sans Vanilla Sky.
