Guest Trivia247 Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Its interesting. When they were a tag team People Always looked to Jeff who had the most "Talent" But by the luck of the booking and key placement with the Undertaker and The Cash Cow Brock. Matt Hardy is becoming a very clever Heel. Its good to see some old school Arrogant heelness coming out of someone who isn't trying to sledgehammer people down.
Guest DragonflyKid Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Candianchick Posted on Oct 11 2002, 04:58 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- QUOTE (RollingChop @ Oct 11 2002, 11:54 PM) But shouldn't he be Matt Hardy version 2.0 instead of 1.0? No because he is the first Matt Hardy... his son will be Matt Hardy v.2.0 Yes but he is the 2nd version of Matt Hardy, the old version was part of the Hardy Boyz and lacked Mattitude thus was an inferior version. The new and improved version that has been releashed should be labeled Matt Hardy v.2.0.
Guest Brian Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 If only someone with a broken arm would sell for him, think about how big he could get.
Guest snowfan Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 If only someone with a broken arm would sell for him, think about how big he could get. yeah that UT I mean he REALLY broke out the "super RUB" to give Matt credibility....
Guest DragonflyKid Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Taker doesn't even sell groin shots, he sold for a few seconds on SD then all of a sudden his testicles must have felt better. He also no sold a Lita groin shot when they were near the titantron a while back. If there is any shot one should sell even if they want to come off as indestructible it's damn groinshots.
Guest the pinjockey Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 If only someone with a broken arm would sell for him, think about how big he could get. Hey just being in the ring with a legend like the UT is going to give a young up-and-comer the rub, according to the UT.
Guest Zero_Cool Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 I'm kinda worried about a potential Edge/Mattitude feud down the line. Edge would just bury him, mock mattitude, win the feud after a week or two, and cause Matt to start all over again. He isn't Angle, period.

They need to figure out a way to make edge over without hurting other workers.
Guest phoenixrising Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Count me as a Mattitude fan...the guy's promo on Taker last night was so damn funny - topped only by the video...I much prefer Mattitude videos to Desire ones now. And who knew Matt could cut promos like that? Screw the "We Want Jeff" chants. WE NEED MATTITUDE!!! (version 1 of course).
Guest RenegadeX28 Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 This whole Mattitude thing is the reason why I look forward to see Matt on SD. Jeff.....I am sorry, but he has gone from high-flying, risk taking, SOB....to a jobbing, boring, IN NEED OF A NEW STORYLINE! Everytime they mention Jeff, I change the channel......
Guest The Czech Republic Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Edge would probably try to embarass Matt Hardy with zany and humorous antics such as pulling down Matt's pants and revealing him in a thong or something, which would be stupid if they made Matt get all embarassed and run away instead of saying something like "Well now everyone can see my superior Mattributes"
Guest Zero_Cool Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Mattributes...lol.. By the way Czech, cool avatar.
Guest The Czech Republic Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 By the way Czech, cool avatar. Minnesota North Stars > Dallas Stars. Minnesota North Stars > Minnesota Wild. That is GHEY.
Guest Zero_Cool Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 *lives in Dallas* The North Stars were better...the jerseys and everything else. Here's a little story on why Dallas Stars fans piss me off. During the Star Spangled Banner, everytime the lyric sounds as "star", the crowd in turn chants "STARS!". I don't want to be preachy or anything, but that is just sad. Getting back on topic, I'm sure that Matt Hardy was a North Stars fan. (Y)
Guest The Czech Republic Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 Couldn't they have changed the Stars to the South Stars and made the Wild the North Stars again? That would've been interesting and confusing. Wild. heh. And back on the topic of Matt Hardy, Shopzone NEEDS to make a shirt with the Mattitude logo that Zero Cool has. No reason not to.
Guest Zero_Cool Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 It's not even my logo, actually. I saw someone on this board who had it, thought it would look good, and picked it up. However, I'd consider buying a Mattitude~! shirt, just because it would be wicked awesome with the upside down WWE logo.
Guest the pinjockey Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 I am pretty sure they had the logo at the end of his desire video.
Guest Rob Edwards Posted October 12, 2002 Report Posted October 12, 2002 If you'd told me I'd be marking for Matt at the start of the year I'd have said you were crazy but he's turned into the best character prospect in a long time
Guest godthedog Posted October 13, 2002 Report Posted October 13, 2002 i'm still indifferent to matt hardy. i haven't seen him improve as a worker and, although he's really trying with this character, he still doesn't sound comfortable with lines. i admit this mattitude character is a stroke of genius for the writers, and the desire video is great. but i think everybody's getting a little too caught up in it. i have yet to see him in a straight match give me anything that looks like he'll be a future star.
Guest Hitman Jebus Posted October 13, 2002 Report Posted October 13, 2002 It's not even my logo, actually. I saw someone on this board who had it, thought it would look good, and picked it up. IT'S MY LOGO, DAMMIT! Actually, I took the logo for my sig from CRZ's website like 3 weeks ago...BEFORE the WWE had a mattitude logo! The guy who had the logo on his column at CRZ's should SUE their ass! Anyway, it's nice to see that the Mattitude logo had spread around our smark community cheers go out to: - fellow "Out Cold" fan Zero_Cool - RobEDangerously - that "Edgehead" Candianchick - the polite Matt Young (since he asked permission to use the logo) ...and anybody else who has been infected with MATTITUDE~!
