My JFK Theory

Recommended Posts

Guest Pop Culture God

Okay, before I get into the meat of the post let me say that I've studied the Assassination of John F. Kennedy for some time now. (Since I was six.) And I have a few conclusions about the killing that I would like to share. For those who don't know, the Warren Comm. was the goverment's investigation into the murder. I'll be counter-pointing my conclusions with it's. Here are the abbreviations I'll be using:

JFK: John F. Kennedy

WC: Warren Commision

LHO: Lee Harvey Oswald

THE ACTUAL ASSASSIN (S)

WC: Lee Harvey Oswald, a former Marine Sniper, killed JFK in his motorcade on the turn at Elm Street, with three bullits fired from a mail-order rifle from the second-floor of the local Book Depository. The first shot missed, and injured a bystander, the second was the so-called "magic bullet" it wounded both the President and Gov. Connelly seven times before halting, the third went into JFK's brain. LHO was then killed by Jack Ruby, a Dallas strip-club owner, presumbably because he felt it was his duty as an American.

My View: Oswald was involved, but not alone. You see, if you were stationed at a sniper's post, you would never attempt (Especially if you had Oswald's milatary experience.) to take the shot while JFK was on the curve at Houston and Elm, the shot would be almost immpossible, and there was no way that Oswald could have killed JFK alone from that vantage. No, the only reason to strike there is if you have three teams of men (This is the part the film, JFK got right) one team at the BD, one at the nearby knoll, and one at the fence near the railroad. Eyewitnesses testify that they heard shots from BEHIND them at the knoll, not the BD. This further corraberates the thorey. Not to mention the ridiculous "magic bullet" thorey. There were more than three shots fired that day. I'll save my conclusions on Ruby for later.

WHY WAS HE KILLED?

WC: LHO was a Communist who had lived in Russia for two years, and was a staunch supporter of Cuba. He killed the President out of a crazed anger stemming from the Bay of Pigs fiasco.

My View: A conspiracy of a few men who either resented JFK, for being Catholic,(this is the American South in the 60's) hated his weaker stance on Communism, or his support of civil rights, got together and decided he had to die so Texan VP Lyndon Johnson could come into power. This conspiricy included one or two members of the goverment, but WAS NOT a goverment conspiricy. The involvement of these officers was purely concincedental. When the goveremnt uncovered the group, they feared mass riots, panic, even civil war, so they covered it up and hoped that no one would ever find out who was involved. Obviously, if this is true then those involved would have to be VERY high-profile. I think the mass goveremnt conspiricy thorey is flawed because it's very difficult to keep it secret. Somone will always brag, and then your caught. Unless the group was very small, it would be impossible. Ruby might have owed a favor to one of the members and was promised legal help for his actions. He wanted to reveal information to the WC but died in prison before he could. Oswald was hired by the group to distract the guards with a shot from the BD.

Ahh, you see the great thing about the internet is that is a mask. What I choose to do behind my mask is my business. I was never banned so there's no reason to really bring that up.

JFK's assassination and the failure of the resulting investigation was in many ways the beginning of our modern era of distrust towards our goverment. Vietnam and Watergate solidified this of course, but it all began there. Also consider that more than 3000 books and 6000 articles have been written on the assassination then I would say that a great many people care.

Fair enough. Although if you "leave forever" after a bizarre weepy rant about how much I remind you of your dead girlfriend and how you'd never ever do anything to hurt me let alone rape or murder me as you said "someone" would in the post immediately previous, you should expect a raised eyebrow when you come back with "Shut the fuck up."

There are more books on UFOs, the Loch Ness Monster, and the Yeti. What was your point again?

1. Not going to comment. I like to screw with people, you're an example.

2. YOUR poitn, Miss Bullshit was that NO ONE CARES. You are wrong because if people write books about it and these books are bestsellers people care.

YOUR poitn
"Point."

I like to screw with people
Another lie.
4. I had a girlfriend, a long time ago.(I know hard to believe.) Marney reminds me a lot of her, which is why a get a kick out of bickering with her. I was a Sophmore in College, when she was killed in a car accident. believe me Marney i don't wish harm on you. I want you to recognize how powerful your temper and arrogence is and how you could really get hurt out there. Believe it or not, I like Marney and everyone else here on this board. The reason I didn't post back right away after the reply you made was because two things in your post hurt me:

1. You thought I was advocating your death

2. You reminded me so much of Lauren when you did it.

I don't think i can ever talk to you again, so I'm going to leave this topic. if you want to say how horrible I am, go ahead, i don't care. I'm leaving this board.

For the last time,

MrZsasz

Whine whine whine, you hypocritical little crybaby... and if it's true that you invented that entire delusional scenario, you're simply a troll. And a despicable one at that: inventing a death to make people feel sorry for you.

You are wrong because if people write books about it and these books are bestsellers people care.
Normal people don't care. The stupid, the ignorant, and the easily titillated will always provide a market for even the most senseless crap imaginable. Lee Harvey Oswald did it, the Warren Commission was not a giant conspiracy, and the X-Files are fiction. I'm sorry if that breaks your heart, but it's time to move on.

Okay, Okay, some spelling errors I know. I was a bit upset ar Marney so I rushed the post.

The fact is, I posted about what I was interested in. If you don't like it, please feel free to ignore it. Do not bump it with mastubatory crap about how "no one cares" because I care.

Oh and if the only rebuttal to the post you can think up is a typo, than it's safe to say you lost this argument.

now now you're going to make him leave again.

In regards to JFK's assasination, the response to your thread should show that ALMOST noone cares. I mean, it happened way before I was born. He'd probably be dead or dying today anyways.

I'd just as soon deal with Current Events in this board thanks...

After all, remember what happened when someone brought up the New World Order. Conspiracy Theories are good for people who like them, but often these same people complain about the government doing a terrible job at leading.

If the government is so bad at doing so many things, why is it so good at covering up all the UFO's, Assasinations, and Bigfooted creatures?

Obviously because we want the common people to believe we're incompetent, Eric, whereas really we're a well-organised and superbly trained front for the Illuminati, who orchestrated 9/11 in order to goad American imperialism so that they can one day TAKE OVER THE WORLD!

eh.

Yes, you DID ask, when you said everyone should feel free to comment. Unfortunately, you got an answer you didn't want to hear from someone you didn't want to converse with, so you decided to act like a jackass. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but at least grow enough of a set to acknowledge that you're a liar.

Since JFK was killed forty years ago, I fail to see how discussing his assassination is a "current event." Even if there was a Grand Government Conspiracy (and I really doubt there was), anyone involved in it is dead or dying, and it hasn't happened since. Both Kennedy and his killer have been dead for quite some time. Let them rest in peace.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

incidentally, this whole discussion reminds me of a bill hicks joke that goes something like, "if you're going to tell me to shut up about the kennedy assassination cause it happened so long ago, don't bring up jesus in front of me." not exactly that, but i'm too lazy to get the exact quote.

but, this was a joke by someone who died seven or eight years ago, so maybe it's irrelevant anyway.

OK, WHO IS BILL HICKS?!?

And I recognize the name Grand Admiral Thrawn, Tom. Makes me think Star Wars for some reason.

Bill Hicks was a political comedian that quite a few people here admire. I've never actually heard any of his work, so I'll need to check him out (although he doesn't sound as funny as EDDIE IZZARD, but who is? ).

George Carlin. And Mitch Hedburge (I hope I spelled that right). And Judge Carlos! (Though Eddie still freakin' owns.)

It's good to see people recognizing the 0WNAG3 of Eddie Izzard.

Grand Admiral Thrawn is indeed a Star Wars character, from Timothy Zahn's excellent trilogy that picks up after all of the movies.
