Guest oldschoolwrestling Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 -The Undertaker may take some time off following the No Mercy PPV this Sunday. This means that WWE may work an injury angle at the PPV or the next night on RAW that explains his time off. Credit: 1wrestling.com
ChrisMWaters Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 This is what...the 20th? 30th time he's taken off from TV? The most memorable time he took off was the Royal Rumble from 94, of course.
Guest Brian Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 I get a strange feeling that we're going to have Taker/Brock again...
Guest Youth N Asia Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 Around the time of Taker's last title run I was starting to like him again actually...but then after seeing him whoop and no sell on Brock that's all gone down the shitter. I hope he does take a little time off, cause I could do without seeing him for a while.
Guest Repo Man jr Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 They should have Brock F5 him off the top of the cell into the crowd. It will explain his injury and would make a great visual!
Guest Redhawk Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 Just because he's not there doesn't mean they're not going to talk about him 24/7, especially whenever Brock Lesnar is on-screen. Cole: "And here comes Brock Lesnar, the man who put Undertaker on the shelf two months ago." Tazz: "Yeah, Lesnar might have ended Taker's career." Cole: "Lesnar has a match with Batista coming up, but you know in the back of his mind he's still thinking about the Undertaker." But as far as taking time off, I can't really blame him. If more guys got more time off, maybe there wouldn't be as many injuries.
Guest BionicRedneck Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 OH nooooooo!! What will I do without that fat, lazy, selfish, untalented, boring, old, slow piece of shit on my TV?
Guest jester Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 Smackdown is going to get even better now. Maybe they'll bring in HHH to make sure it doesn't get too good.
Guest Redhawk Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 "Beautiful Day" would be too soft for 'Taker. He'd need some hardcore blowjob music for his return.
Guest FeArHaVoC Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 YaY! Now this "HOT" Taker/Brock Feud is almost done, Hogan can come back and continue his Feud with Lesnar. Where of Course, Brock & Hogan will Headline Survivor Series from Madison Square Garden in the "biggest Rematch of the Year!"
Guest Redhawk Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 No, I expect Brock to wait about five or six years, after he's been away from the business. Then, when Hogan is still the top guy in WWE, Brock comes back through a wall of smoke and wearing an "O.B.N" jacket. He'll be the one guy Hogan's never beat, and they will have the Biggest Return Match in the History of Our Sport at Halloween Hav---er, I mean No Mercy 2008.
Guest Youth N Asia Posted October 18, 2002 Report Posted October 18, 2002 I'm still in shock that the F-5 popcorn bump wasn't enough to take Dead-Hoss-No-Selling out. They need to injure him at the ppv, if nothing less then to make their champ look a little tough, Taker pussified him last time.
