A way out of the ic title fiasco.....

Isn't there a rule in the wwf stating that no one can hold the top two titles ( IC and world ) at the same time. I mean at wrestlemaina 6 the warrior won the world title whilst being the ic champion and he had to give the ic belt leading to Mr .Perfect winning it in a tournament. Could this lead to the vacated ic belt going to Smackdown and a tournament being held to crown a new champion....?

I'm hoping something like that happens. It's stupid to just get rid of the Intercontinental Title, so I'm really hoping that Stephanie takes the Intercontinental Title and puts in on Smackdown. This might make Bischoff bring back the U.S. Title, which is somewhat on the same level as the Intercontinental Title.

If they did do that then RAW would probably hand HHH the US title to even it out.
