If only for the reason that there is a cage to disguise the badness of the match. Also, people won't walk out because there is that hope of a big bump.

Must all "Good matches" be how well the stars compete? I consider Warrior/Hogan and Rock/Hogan good matches, but I know that they aren't the best wrestlers. In my opinion, what constitutes a Good match is a mix of performing well and delivering the point of the match. Hell in the Cell from King of the Ring 98 was a good match for what it was. Just like that one Dreamer/Foley match fromECW

Well, given the whole millions upon millions of "Foley is GOD" signs following that match... Also, I don't necessarily think a bump will make the match "good" all of a sudden, but it'll make it a lot less boring and vanilla, and in the WWE these days, it seems that's as close to "memorable" or "good" as you'll get.

For drama, suspense, and whatnot it was a great display for what HIAC could be, and set the stage for all future bouts held within.

Nothing can make this match "good", period. If Brock did the SSP off the top of the cage onto Taker, I would however proclaim it as on of the greatest moments I've ever witnessed however.
