ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted October 22, 2002 Jim Ross keeps an account seperate from his WWE one so he can get comments on the shows. [email protected] Hmm...maybe if enough people get in touch with him, he can get his voice in to say something to show McMahon how much of a stupid fuck he's being. Of course, he may be afraid to do so as he'll be fired a third time... ...wait, was he really fired or was that just part of that Fake Razor and Diesel storyline? Guest MarvinisaLunatic Report post Posted October 22, 2002 Lets see: Obscene Broadcasts Prohibited at All Times Obscene speech is not protected by the First Amendment and cannot be broadcast at any time. To be obscene, material must meet a three-prong test: (1) an average person, applying contemporary community standards, must find that the material, as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest;(2) the material must depict or describe, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by applicable law; (3) the material, taken as a whole, must lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. See Miller v. California, 413 U.S. 15 (1973). I would say the FCC would like to be notified about this.. http://www.fcc.gov/eb/broadcast/obscind.html Im gonna send the FCC a little email.. Guest jester Report post Posted October 22, 2002 Whatever you write, be sure the underlying message is that you want to see wrestling on a wrestling program. If you blindly insult them, they'll ignore it. If you're "outraged" and what you saw last night, they'll think they're being controversial. And not amazingly stupid/ Vinnie loves to rub it in the face of his critics, even if they're clearly right, even if they're also his customers. I'm almost tempted to recommend reverse psychology. As in "If you don't make all WWE programming like last night, I will never watch again. I will also never watch again if you push Booker T and RVD to the top, or if you ever take HHH out of the spotlight."
