Rob E Dangerously Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 from what I've noticed and heard, Kane just was not angry during the tag match, instead he WALKED to the ring to face HHH after HHH's video. God friggin' damn Kane... show some anger. RVD wasn't that mad either, but at least he's consistantly like that. Kane should have been angry and wanting to tear HHH apart in the ring. but, Kane blew it
Guest Muzz Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 He's been made into a necrophiliac, and a murderer by the WWE. Would you be enthusiastic about working?
Guest Choken One Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 He was saving his energy for their lovefest later.
Guest snowfan Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 He's been made into a necrophiliac, and a murderer by the WWE. Would you be enthusiastic about working? You know I was once a feared fprce in this fed and thought of by some as the man of the future.... now I am scripted to say I want to Bradshaw Crips..... The money is good and since the show won't be around forever I better stay.
Guest jester Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 The night was promo and skit heavy already, but a Kane reaction really was missing. They should have just made him laugh his ass off at HHH's pitifulness. Have him cut a length promo about how desperate HHH was to discredit him, and to get some action since the breakup with Stephanie. Of course, WWE might not allow anyone to dimiss the MOST IMPORTANT MAN IN WRESTLING EVER like that.
Guest Choken One Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 At least go "Arragh"...for effect.
Guest cabbageboy Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Why would RVD be pissed at HHH fucking a dead body? If there was a time to say "whatever, dude" that would be it. Kane is looking like a total bitch in this angle. He really is. HHH calls him a murderer, says he molests dead chicks, and then films a tasteless video of the "event." What does Kane do? Uh....he does nothing for a while and then threatens to screw HHH whether he is alive or dead. Sadly, what they did was better than what I thought might happen. I thought they'd do a bait and switch and Kane would beat up the technicians as they were about to show it...then we'd get a lengthy angle about "My God King what was on that tape????"
Guest Youth N Asia Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Kane should have been anrgy... Angry like if HHH had taken his father's casket and took it for a ride while he rides on the back. Say what you want about Big show and Boss Man...but that was a feud I stuck with...and in the big match, Show looked like he was gonna kill him. Just like Kane SHOULD'VE.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Nobody gives a shit about this feud, Kane included. They are just killing time untill HHH can beat Brock at Wrestlemania. Next Month: Security footage of No. 1 Contender Booker T robbing Wendy's.
Guest cabbageboy Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Call me crazy but I actually thought that Jericho should do a humiliation of Booker by showing his mug shots on the Titantron. Then they could do an interview with Booker discussing his past indiscretion and how he has reformed. There. That is a soapish sort of angle, but it at least sounds somewhat realistic and even sends a positive message.
Guest humongous2002 Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Kane's wrestling career is officially dead just like Katie Vick, the irony is this whole angle is killing HGH's wrestling career too, but at least he still has a chance of being an announcer for bodybuilding shows which i must admit he was more entertaining in it than in his matches.
Guest evilhomer Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 I thought they'd do a bait and switch and Kane would beat up the technicians as they were about to show it...then we'd get a lengthy angle about "My God King what was on that tape????" I had better things to do last night (like cutting my fingernails) so I missed the "climax" of events. But from the bits and pieces I caught, that's what I was expecting, especially when they show HHH coming out of the production truck. I figured for sure Kane would be attacking them later. At least it would build some kind of curiosity interest of what the tape showed. What was the point of showing HHH coming from the truck if it wasn't for this? We already knew the tape existed and would be played, was the delivery really needed? I guess they just wanted to give that under-exposed star a little bit of tv time since he had only been on 12 segments prior to that. Say what you want about Big show and Boss Man...but that was a feud I stuck with...and in the big match, Show looked like he was gonna kill him. Out of that horrible angle, Show's anger was the only thing I liked in it. I was so hoping for Triple B to be tossed around like a rag doll in that match.
Guest kkktookmybabyaway Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 "There. That is a soapish sort of angle, but it at least sounds somewhat realistic and even sends a positive message." Actually, upon first hearing this, doesn't sound half-bad. But the problem is it doesn't give HHH air time, unless he was pretending to be Booker robbing Wendy's on the "videotape"...

Aw come on, Bossman's poem was great "With the deepest regrets, and tears that are soaked I'm sorry to hear that your dad finally croaked He lived a full life on his own terms Soon he'll be buried and eaten by worms But if I could have a son as stupid as you I'd have wished for cancer so I would die too So be brave, and be strong, get your life on track 'Cause the old bastard's DEAD and he ain't never comin' back!" fuckin' beautiful!
Guest Angle-plex Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 I think Kane fucked himself when he told Triple H "I'm gonna screw you. The only question is, will you be alive or dead". Everyone I talk to now thinks Kane is gay.
Guest Zero_Cool Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 I hope Austin doesn't come back, because you just know that they would make the Debra thing a vehicle to get Trips more over at Austin's expense. I wonder what the locker room would think of that one.
Guest bob_barron Posted October 22, 2002 Report Posted October 22, 2002 Oh god- that Bossman poem was too funny
