Anyone looking forward to Survivor Series?

Over the years, I never missed a pay per view event that emanated from MSG. This year's Survivor Series, however, looks to be a dud. If RAW is any indication, we'll probably see:

 

-Kane vs. HHH - world title/casket match

 

-Brock Lesnar vs. Big "Main Event" Show -WWE Title

 

-RVD/BookerT/Bubba/Hardy/Hurricane vs. Y2J/Flair/Christian/Storm/Regal- THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER

 

- Angle/Benoit/Eddy/Chavo vs. Edge/Rey/Mattitude/Tajiri -SS Elimination match

 

- Trish vs. Victoria - women's title

 

 

and a bunch of other meaningless matches

The Elimination Chamber will probably end up determining who will face HHH later on for the title..Probably will be like 8 men, with RVD, Kane, Jericho, Booker T, etc..

I agree with a lot of the speculation that Angle/Benoit/Brock will headline, especially due to the teaser they did after the show in Lafayette.

 

I don't mind Brock, I may be the only one who likes him, and a three way with those two sounds good to me.

 

Kane /HHH bores me, and I agree that shouldn't be on the PPV.

 

The Elimination Chamber sounds enticing, just depending on who partakes in it, so yes.

 

I am interested in Survivor Series, and if I ordered No Mercy, you can bet I'll order Survivor Series.

I'm expecting Big Show to be jobbed on SmackDown or at least tried to be built up before Heyman books him that way. They think he can create another 9-1-1.

 

Anyways, I'm still expecting a pretty good card from SmackDown. Brock vs. Edge, Benoit/Angle vs. Los Guerreros, Knoble vs. Mysterio. Otherwise they may do a Survivor Series tag with those guys sans Knoble and throw in Matt Hardy. I hope Tajiri/Knoble gets drawn out if that's the case, or they get in an all cruiser Survivor Series match.

only thing is missing is a CW opening the PPV maybe Noble defending his title against anybody.

Heh, I loved Raw for one reason: As Kane stood on the apron trying to fire up the crowd and as HHH squashed Van Dam with a variety of chokes and punches while taunting Kane, what did the crowd chant?

 

"RVD"

I like RVD...others here don't, but like it or not, he is one of the most over wrestlers on the damn show. However...Jericho, Booker, RVD--you'd think ONE of them would be getting the push.

It's essentially the same thing as the 3 Minute Men, except he was a face, and didn't wrestle much.

 

But I think Heyman could have come up with the idea.

Big Show could do that, but then what? It will get old quick and there will be nothing for him to do but wrestle. It would be great if they had him on an extreme training regimine to cut his weight while he does the 9-1-1 gimmick. That would give him a lot of room to improve while still having some significance to the show.

 

Kane may or may not get the belt, but If someone is going to be defending the title, it is at least not HHH, and your challengers have to be guys like Booker and RVD. Id much rather see Booker/Kane and RVD/Kane than either of those falling victim to the kick WHAM pedigree squash HHH would dish out.

I'm actually looking forward to the Survivor Series. HHH© vs. Kane for the World Title is what I'm looking forward to the most, just because Kane's involved. Also, I want Kane to win the title. It's better than HHH being the World Champion. Oh, and this Elimination Chamber match should be interesting. So, yeah, I'm looking forward to the Survivor Series, and hopefully the WWE delivers a decent PPV.

Why does everyone think the Triple H Title match is going to be different from the Elimination Chamber match? Bischoff was hyping this thing as being bigger than Hell In a Cell. It would have to be the main event of the show if they are really going to push this new concept. (SD certainly won't be main eventing this month's show) And it's not like anyone is going to buy Triple H/Kane one-on-one as a PPV main event.

 

They'll probably throw RVD, Jericho, Booker in there to do all the work and then get sacrifced to the pedigree and the chokeslam.

All I can say is...WWE is f'n retarded. Nobody, and I mean nobody wants to see Brock vs. Big Show. This is the F'N SURVIVOR SERIES at Madison F'N Square Garden. You don't waste a PPV event at the garden on Show vs. Lesnar! There is no way in freaking hell that I'm ordering SSeries. This will be the 6th year in a row that Survivor Series has sucked. Let the fall tradition of Survivor Suckitude continue...

You know...it's one thing to try to push Big Show. It's another to OUT OF NOWHERE make him main event a PPV. Kane and Big Show have both been pushed out of nowhere as challengers to the titles. Okay, Show snapping on Bischoff made sense, but if you're building up the next PPV on a PPV--that's never a good sign.

 

What was Big Show doing a week ago? I'll give a cookie to anyone who could tell me that. Except ChrisMWaters and his damn photographic memory.
