I don't know about you, but I'm getting a bit uneasy. It is things like this, and 9/11, that really makes one stop and just think just how open to attacks that we as a people are. Who is to stop this from happening all over the country, by many other psychos? What scares me even more, is this...

 

...if he decided to just stop this madness, and fade into the past, we more than likely will never find out who "he" is. The truth is, our ONLY chance to capture this bastard, is if he kills again, again, and again.

 

We have no visual aid to go on to capture this guy, or for the public to even look out for, and we have no type of profile that has been released, and as far as I'm concerned, I highly doubt they are even keeping it from us at the moment, we just have almost nothing on him in my view. For all any of us know, the one doing these acts of terror (yes he is a terrorist, he is NOT a sniper, even though that's his "nickname" now) could be the guy next door. He more than likely has even been on TV, in the background, in the multitude of people at the various scenes there to check out his work.

 

I really do not know what more to say right now, other than it's a horrible act of evil that must be stopped at all costs. I pray that this is not the begining of something more, something more widespread, and will be limited to the one (or two or whatever) that we have in this one area. There is no doubt in my mind that we'll catch him eventually, as long as he continues, because in the end...

 

...all it takes, all it will take, is a single mistake, and he'll be ours.

YOU'RE a bit uneasy? Try living in Montgomerry County and having to go to school with threats that we are not safe...It's so beyond fixable at this point. This guy is gonna keep killing people until he fucks up (not likely) or the police appease him (less likely). What a time we live in when I have to worry during the day if anyone in my family has been shot today...

If this seems crass or rude, I might consider being sorry. If a man is this twisted and deranged, no amount of rehab is ever going to help. If he's just doing this because he wants to, he's a worthless piece of trash that deserves to die for his total and complete disregard of any human life, including that of children. Honestly, say the guy is caught. What kind of sentence would he get? What would be acceptable?

Each day is a brand new chapter, it's like a horrible movie come true. I know I can't even begin to understand how it is living where this is happening, but I still feel for you, and I still feel the stress from it, as best I can from here. I am not THAT far away (South Carolina), and I do have friends in Virginia, and in D.C. even, so I can relate.
