Zenk once again proves he's one of the best writing wrestlers out there. Wheather you agree with his opinions or not...his writing is awesome.

 

Yeah, Vince will place blame on anybody instead of Steph.

He's also right that the smarks will blame Hogan, Nash and HAll for everything bad that will happen in the WWF and give Vince a free pass.

It seems that the content of Zenk's little article has already been said a hundred times over on this board. I can appriciate the fact that he can write intelligently and at least have a clear thesus in the articles. But he's nothing more than a fan now, and really just a smark with a poor negative attitude towards the WWF. And it really shows in his writing.

Tom Zenk doesn't have a lot of credibility in my eyes. His bitterness causes him to bash everything and not give credit where credit is due. HAs anyone ever heard him say anything positive about the WWF or WCW? They must have been doing something right to garner so much mainstream acceptance during the wrestling boom a few years ago. When has he ever given credit where it is due? You can't tell me that the WWF has never deserved any credit for what they have done because if the WWF was always so horrible, we wouldn't be here talking about it. WOW wrestling wasn't good, but nobody is lighting up the message board to talk about it. The guy is a mark, but he is a mark for himself.

 

He is bitter because he never truly made it big, he never reached the status that other people in the business have. I feel embarrased when I go to his site because the egomaniac has pictures of himself everywhere. I understand that it's his site and he can do what he wants to do, but come on! I don't want to see pictures of him posing and talking about how sexy he is all the damn time! Enough is enough!

 

The guy also contradicts himself just so that he can bash the WWF. A few weeks ago, he was saying that the WWF needed to bring in the NWO, now he has turned 180 degrees and is saying that they have made a fatal mistake. He needs to make up his mind.

Vince has no one to blame but himself. He hired them. He put Steph on the writing team. He also hires crappy hollywood writers. He oversees everything, and at times handles it all himself. How can the blame land anywhere else?

Zenk is more bitter guy, but man, his columns are hilarious to read.

I agree with everyone who says that Zenk is bitter. His writings are good, but when was the last time he was ever backstage at a wrestling event. Isn't he a little out of touch? Zenk too me now is someone who was a good wrestler who over-estimated his worth and when he wouldn't do what the bookers wanted him to do they found somebody else who was willing and just passed Zenk over. The position that Zenk is in now is his own fault and this is his way of trying to get back at everyone.
