ROH/CZW Dream Matches

With the crap invading WWE, I've been buying a lot of indy tapes to meet my quality wrestling needs, mostly from CZW and ROH, (XPW will never get any of my money, even though I like some of the guys they have on the roster right now.)

CZW: BOTB 1 and 2, ECW invasion of CZW, High Stakes, Cage of Death 3, Ultraviolent Freedom of Expression (That seems like a lot of $, but I have a guy who can get them for me cheap-not telling, so don't ask)

ROH: A Night of Appreciation, Road to the Title, Crowning a Champion, and I'll be getting Unscripted when it's released (I was there, front row with a GA ticket!)

So I've familiarized myself with both products pretty well, and I'm really psyched that they've reached some sort of agreement. With the Philly indy scene the way it is, a copromotional angle would be off the charts! Both companies have arguably the best talent in the indies, so what matches would you put on? (This might be fantasy booking, so if you feel the need to move it, do so.)

Here are mine:

Mark Briscoe vs. M-Dogg 20 (highflyers who've never crossed paths-would be an insane spotfest)

Steve Corino vs. The Messiah (they work similar styles, and there'll be BLOOD)

Da Hit Squad vs. H8 Club (Stiffest tag match you'd ever see)

AJ Styles vs. Trent Acid (Indy dream match that's never happened)

Paul London vs. Justice Pain (London is a spectacular flyer, and Pain seems to mesh well with guys who work that style- ex. CM Punk)

Low Ki vs. Nick Mondo (If there's anyone insane/stupid enough to take anything Ki can dish out, it'd be Mondo)

Jay Briscoe vs. Adam Flash (Briscoe is the best all-around wrestler I've seen since Kurt Angle, and I think Flash would have good chemistry with him)

New School vs. SAT (would be a good opening spotfest, New School have a ton of potential and I love the SAT)

Amazing Red vs. Josh Prohibition (both guys should be on this show, why not against each other?)

Xavier vs. Danny Rose (same as above)

Michael Shane vs. Johnny Kashmere (Two more guys who I think would mesh excellently-this could be a breakout match for both)

11 matches, a bunch of them with the potential for ***1/2 or over, anything you'd add/subtract/change?

I'd throw Amazing Red vs. M-Dogg instead for the aerial insanity. Josh Pro vs. M. Briscoe would also be sweet.

It took Pain a while to mesh with CM Punk, so him vs. London might not be as good as expected.

CZW fans have been wanting Da Hit Squad vs. H8 Club for a while, so I think it'll either happen Nov. 9 or COD4, thinking more of the latter.

Add a "Fans Bring The Weapons", give all of us on the board free tickets, shut everyone else out, and you got something!

I've always wondered... why does everyone hate Feinstein?

I've always wondered... why does everyone hate Feinstein?

1. His wrestling tapes are overpriced.

2. His video quality on more then half of the stuff he sells is awful, even though he'll tell you otherwise.

3. He takes forever to send most orders. I'm talking weeks/months.

4. Many times he won't send orders to people, I've heard many cases of people sending him money and getting nothing in return.

5. If you ever have to send anything back for a return you'll either get the same tape back, get nothing back, or it'll take a month.

6. He's a two faced pompus asshole.

7. Even though he's the biggest copywrite violator out there he goes after other traders and trys to shut them down.

8. He has such a huge ego it's sick...he puts himself on as many RF tapes as he possibly can, even though RF comedy is the most unfunny thing you'll ever see.

Anyone else wanna chime in.

Even though he turned me down when I applied to be part of the ROH video crew, I'll defend him on some points.

#2 depends on the tape- ROH is great quality obviously, ECWA Super 8 is also good, the recent CZW tapes are alright but unspectacular and have virtually zero editing, older fancam stuff and the shoots are mostly poor VQ, although the Bret and Shawn ones which I have are ok.

#3 is untrue in my personal experience. I've always gotten my orders in under 2 weeks, sometimes as early as 3 days after.

#6 also, when I met him personally, he seemed like a nice enough guy.

The rest are all true though.

#3 was definitely true for my experiences, taking two or three months.
