Guest El Satanico Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 Toys-R-Us is having a buy two $49 games get one free special going on. I was getting GTA: VC anyway and was thinking about doing the special deal. Problem is i have no clue about what are good games. Like i said i'm not a big gamer so I'm looking for fun games that don't call for complex gameplay. I like shooting, racing, action, those xgames type sports games and some fighting games Anyone got any suggestions of fun games that aren't overly complex from any of those genres?
Guest Insane Bump Machine Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 Timesplitters 2 (shooter), Burnout 2 (racing) and Tony Hawk 4 (sports) are all pretty damn good. I think you'll like Burnout 2 quite a bit. It's easy to get into, very fast and has damn good graphics. Timesplitters 2 is awesome if you like ego shooters. Great multiplayer and fine level design. Lots of fun. Tony Hawk is..well, Tony Hawk. It's great, period.
Guest KoR Fungus Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 First and foremost, DDRMax~! Tekken 4 is a great fighter that's more accessable than the other great fighter, VF4. I hear that NFS:Hot Pursuit 2 is supposed to be really good (for PS2 only though, the ports to X-Box and NGC are getting much worse reviews), and Timesplitters 2 is getting good reviews across the board.
Guest razazteca Posted October 28, 2002 Report Posted October 28, 2002 PS2 games? Capcom vs SNK2 any Tony Hawk game Gradius is an old school side scrolling shooter
