Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted October 29, 2002 It's no secret that I'm a Drew Bledsoe fan. I have been since he came into the league. When he was traded to my home town Bills...I was ecstatic. And now he finally gets to play the team that thought so much of him they traded him within the division. Oh..but it's better than I could have imagined... The Bills are on a three game winning streak (and they only won 3 all last year) while the PAts come in losers of 4 straight. Now Brady (or as I like to call him...Robin) is publicaly questioning his teams effort. If the Bills beat the Pats on Sunday...the PAts will be just about out of any hope at the playoffs, and appear ready to implode. I love football.
Guest Leena Report post Posted October 29, 2002 PAts I guess you do just do that... The Bills' should win this game... but now that you mention that the Pats are basically dead if they lose, it has the same circumstances of the "fixed" Bills-Pats game a few years ago. Buffalo would lead the division with a win (Miami is not winning in GB), and technically move 3 games ahead of NE. They would be set. That means the Bills will lose, they always screw up. Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted October 29, 2002 That's what I think too. However, now that Donohoe gutted everything that had to do with the 4 time, 4 time, 4 time first runner up Bills... Maybe it'll be a different story. Bledsoe has been playing better than he has in his career this year...and the reason for it lines up in his home stadium Sunday. I think he may will them to victory. Guest Kingpk Report post Posted October 29, 2002 My father and a bunch of his friends are trecking to Buffalo for this game. If this doen't light a fire under the Pats' asses, nothing will. Bills-Pats is always good, so I'll be glued to the set while my father freezes his ass of in 30 degree weather (probably be a foot of snow on the ground too). Guest Vern Gagne Report post Posted October 29, 2002 A must win game for New England. They lose they'd be 3-5, and in series trouble. The skeptics who said it was a fluke could be right.
Guest Y2BigJ Report post Posted October 29, 2002 I'm a Pats fan but also a solid member of the Drew Crew. This total must win for the Pats. I'm hoing for the Pats to win,but if the Bills are strongly my 2nd favorite team.
Guest Kahran Ramsus Report post Posted October 29, 2002 Meanwhile, we get the game I want to see on Monday. Miami @ Green Bay, which could be a potential Super Bowl preview, and very important for the future of the Bills & Patriots as well (probably moreso than it is for Green Bay themselves). Guest Eagan469 Report post Posted October 29, 2002 My family's had Bills season tickets since 1989. Drew knows the Patriots offense like the back of his hand - so defense shouldn't be a trouble spot for the Bills this week Prediction: Pats get spanked 47-
Guest DawnBTVS Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Drew knows the Patriots offense like the back of his hand - so defense shouldn't be a trouble spot for the Bills this week Well you have to know that it always works two ways, since the Patriots know Bledsoe just as well. Guest Rabbi_wilson13 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Biiiig game on Monday Night. And I'm happy it's on Monday, so I can watch Drew Bowl I and the Dirties go to 5-3 on Sunday. Bledsoe may not even have to be a factor in this game. Just him under center with Moulds and Price spreading the field should give Travis Henry a field day against the Patriot front seven. But I don't want to write off Bellichick just yet. It's going to be one helluva game on Sunday, and with only two of the three contending AFC East teams getting into the playoffs, if that, it's a big weekend. Sucks we couldn't spread out the talent a little bit. Maybe toss the Bills in the North and the Dolphins in the South, keep the Pats in the East. Here's a question for you, football fans? Who the hell's gonna win the AFC South? My money's with the Texans right now, just to see Carr get sacked a few more times in the postseason.
Guest Will Scarlet Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Who the hell's gonna win the AFC South? Good question. The funny thing that it was supposed to be the "elite" division they were making. I think the Colts will take it, if only because I think they are a bit better than the other teams in the division, and someone has to win the games when the division teams meet. Guest Flyboy Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Miami @ Green Bay, which could be a potential Super Bowl preview, Oh blah.. any potential Super Bowl preview needs to have the Saints in it.
Guest bps "The Truth" 21 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 My predictions are that Miami loses to Green Bay and Buffalo absolutely spanks New England. New England has to be fired up for the game...but if you don't think the Bills are fired up to win this game for Bledsoe... Should be fun. At this point, Travis Henry should be the star of the game...but he fumbles all the time. The Pats may know the Bledsoe that was in New England...but I've been a Drew fan since the beginning...and I've never seen him this good.
Guest converge241 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 saints in the superbowl? so they can blow a 20 point lead in fron of all those viewers? great! I dont see Miami getting there..Miami's season usually ends at the end of novemeber.. early wins then start to fall apart, they make the playoffs then get knocked out..plus these injuries are affecting their early cushion
Guest Flyboy Report post Posted October 30, 2002 saints in the superbowl? so they can blow a 20 point lead in fron of all those viewers? great! No. So, they can nearly come back from defeat like they did against the Niners, and almost against the Falcons.
