Guest Midnight Express83 Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 The idea is pretty basic: For one week, everybody gets to pimp out their 20 picks for best tagn team of all time, then, at the end of the week those pimping lists will be combined to form one gigantic voting list. The benefit of this is that it allows you to vote for guys whom you didn't think of when you made your top twenty. When the final list is compiled, everybody picks their top 10 tag teams of all time, complete with reasons etc. That list is tabulated and a top 10 of all time is decided. Now here is my twist. just pick 20 tag teams. So we don't have 30 people voting and only 40 tag teams. rule : They must atleast have teaming alot more than often. So a team of Flair/Steamboat doesn't count(they did once or twice in the 70s). I will allow random pairs if they been tag team champions. My list will come after Chem class today.

Guest godthedog Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 ^ impact players. and shit, i forgot the steiner brothers.
Guest razazteca Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 Men At Work??? whats up with that? Chris Kanyon was in better teams than that. Mortis & Wrath was better than that.
Guest dc_tapes Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 Why Men At Work? Because I always enjoyed watching them getting their asses beat every week on Pro and Worldwide (I didn't have cable back in 95/early 96, so thats all I had). I actually thought Kanyon was pretty good back then, and I was glad when he got a push as Mortis. What ever happened to Mark Starr, anyway? You are right though, Kanyon would go to do much bigger and better things. Of course they sucked, but they will forever be my favorite jobber tag team.
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 This is just the "pimping" list. The more DIFFERENT teams named the better. I tired my hardest just to name teams so we can have different lists. I wanted to make it so you can see as many teams as possible.

Guest RavishingRickRudo Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 General Pimpin - not my faves - I just like em so I put em. Crash/Funaki (ok, I've only seen them together as a team ONCE, but it was enough, they rool!) Edge/Rey (sorry, I've been diggin their work as a team - even though they have been together for a short period) Disorderly Conduct - Tough Tom, Mean Mike - need I say any more! Elix Skipper/Kid Romeo - For a short period of time, they were the greatest tag team ever... Well, in WCW. Doring/Roadkill - Really just for one match - but wudda match! Air Raid (Styles/Paris) - again, really just for one match... Good stuff... Mmm... Good stuff. The Re-enforcers (Mike Sanders and Allan Funk)... For one eps. of worldwide!
Guest razazteca Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 what was the name of WCW jobber team of Rage & Kaos team? High Voltage? I have to agree with Disorderly Conduct as one of the better jobber teams but they ruled as the Texas Hangmen.......they had black mask
Guest dc_tapes Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 Yeah, Kaos and Rage were High Voltage. Weren't they the first graduates from the Powerplant or something like that? And who could forget Border Patrol (or whatever they called themselves). All of this talk about WCW jobbers brings back fond memories of the Gambler. Fond memories indeed.
Guest Mad Dog Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 No one can beat Lasertron for the best WCW jobber of all time.
Guest WrestlingDeacon Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 I believe you're thinking of the Highway Patrol of Sgt. Buddy Lee Parker and I forget the other guy's name. I think he was Lt. though.
