Best DVD out there

We all love our DVD's. Hell the first topic on this bored regards DVDaficionado. So I wanted to get opinions on what you guys feel is the finest DVD ever released. I have my own choices of course:

Terminator 2: Ultimate Edition. Everything you could possibliy want to know about this film is covered here. 3 versions of the film. Anamorphic widescreen. DTS, Dolby Digital. Only drawbacks are that the supplements are text heavy and the GNR video isn't here (thanks Axl!)

The Ultimate Toy Box: I guess if you put the word Ultimate in front of your DVD set, it better cover everything. And can anyone tell me what this 3 disc set doesn't cover about these two films? I think it's hard to argue.

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and The Fantasia Anthology: One thing good you can say about Disney. They have a historical archive on their films they don't go and throw away. I find this stuff fascinating and to just dismiss this stuff as "kiddie fare" is wrong I feel.

Fight Club: I'll be honest, Fight Club doesn't do for me what it did back in October of 99. But I can't argue with what's covered on this disc. 4 Audio commentaries. 4!!!! Only fellow Fincher film Se7en matches that record.

Well that's a start, feel free to augment and add your own favorites.

'fight club' is the most disappointing dvd i've experienced. sure it's got 4 commentaries, but 2 of them suck. same with the other special features: there's a ton of them, but none of them are very interesting. i'm quite happy with my vhs copy, more isn't always better.

'shrek' has quite the awesome dvd. considering it's only one disc, 'waking life' is pretty damn comprehensive and cool.

my all-time favorite though is 'almost famous'. theatrical cut & original cut, a stillwater cd and the best running commentary EVER.

Jay & Silient Bob Strike Back, 2nd disc has some good features such as the into to the deleted scenes, music videos, Morris Day stuff.

The commentary is average at best

I second the Jay & Silent Bob vote, as well as any other Kevin Smith movie. Even the Clerks cartoon DVD set has a ton of stuff, considering it only ran 6 episodes.

I remembering hearing Kevin talk about a scene where Brodie is teaching at his comic shop in JSBSB. But that scene is nowhere to be found in the deleted scenes. Anyone know if Kevin even filmed it?

I'll agree that the Ultimate Edition of Terminator 2 is one of the best SE's released, although it's a pain in the ass to navigate.

I like the look of the Fight Club SE, but outside of the commentaries, it isn't as good as it looks. It's still 1,000,000 times better than VHS.

As for my favourite DVD, I think I'll go with the new 2 disc SE of True Romance. A lot of deleted scenes, docu's and plenty of commentaries (including nifty scene specific commentaries by co-stars). Also, the packing and menu screens are awesome.
