Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 How come that great idea never got off the ground, eh? Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 Ehh, Dames knows what I'm talking about. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest treble charged Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 Why do we never have Yahoo! voice chats anymore? I really enjoyed those.
Guest Flyboy Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 Why do we never have Yahoo! voice chats anymore? I really enjoyed those. You just enjoyed hearing my voice.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 I dunno, no one has expressed a want to have them. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest treble charged Posted October 29, 2002 Report Posted October 29, 2002 You just enjoyed hearing my voice. It's been a long few months, that's for sure.
Guest DrTom Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 We were too afraid of DOMINATING~! the internet airwaves, I guess. I think it'd be an interesting idea, though exactly how interesting depends on how educated, witty, and awesome the hosts are. ::subtly applies for the job::
Guest Flyboy Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I think it'd be an interesting idea, though exactly how interesting depends on how educated, witty, and awesome the hosts are. ::subtly applies for the job:: Kotzen would be our first "DJ". Take a raincheck, buddy. Establishment taking over EVERYTHING. First, radios.. then TVs... we're unstoppable. ... Well, unless you ban all of us.
Guest cobainwasmurdered Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I'd be the best damn radio guy ever.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I don't think I'd talk much, I'd just MAKE YA MOVE, BAYBEE~! (plays Mixaroonie XIV) Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Flyboy Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 You talked enough in the post-Raw chats.. talked a lot actually.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 That's because it was supposed to be talking. If I had just played music, that would have killed the actual chat about Raw itself. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Flyboy Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 If you want to host a radio station with all your MP3s, you can go to Live365.com. It'll be cool to see how many people you can get to listen to your station. Some stations are pretty big..
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I tried that, but it kept telling me I had to pay. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Flyboy Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 Damn. You have to pay, now? *shakes fists* I sort wanted to see what you could dish out, too.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I've tried to send you samples of my work before, but you never accept them. Tsk tsk. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Flyboy Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I don't need that taking up precious HD space. It would've work better on Live365.com because all I have to do is stream it. So there.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 It's well worth the space. Just ask EvenflowDDT. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Leena Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 I've tried to send you samples of my work before, but you never accept them. Tsk tsk. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge I should have done that the first time.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 Hmm, guess it's a dead idea then. We used to have the site for it and everything, I helped test it out. Dames did a semi-broadcast, and I got him to say really fucked-up things out loud. Good times. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 If Kotz is the DJ, I'm setting up a pirate radio station to compete. Techno must be balanced out with death metal. It's like Yin and Yang, Packers and Bears, Giant Gonzalez and Chris Benoit.
Zorin Industries Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 The Zorin Industries retro hour would bring in BIG ratings you mark my words.
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 Hey MX could help out too. I could bring the 80s and 90s Rap and R&B. This way we don't forget anyone.
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted October 30, 2002 Report Posted October 30, 2002 You know people, I do listen to other things, sheesh. However, you're right. If I did host a block of any kind, it would be a solid hour or two of CONTINUOUS (mixed by myself) stuff to get you jumping in your seat. At times like these I wonder what happened to that Charlie Marvin gimmick poster from a couple of months ago. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
Guest Midnight Express83 Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 we should all pitch in to start it up.
Guest J*ingus Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 I've actually done this before. Me and a couple of friends did a wrestling-themed internet radio show using Live365. The secret to having a good show? Guest stars. We had various local wrestlers, plus we got Jess McGrath and Bill Behrens to call in too. Fun times, but difficult to keep up on a regular basis.
Guest Nevermortal Posted October 31, 2002 Report Posted October 31, 2002 Screw TSM radio... BRING BACK RANTSYLVANIA RADIO! Anyone remember that show? Scott Keith, reading his reviews whilst making even more smartass comments. It was tremendous.
Guest evenflowDDT Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 It's well worth the space. Just ask EvenflowDDT. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge They're indeed quite good, particularly the newer ones. The older ones are kinda eh because the transitions between songs aren't so great, but the newer ones are solid, and unlike all the ka-jillion other dance mixes out there with the same songs, these are free
Guest Kotzenjunge Posted November 1, 2002 Report Posted November 1, 2002 I plan on bringing Mixaroonie X-- Digweed and Binary Finary Versus the World to whatever club I go to next. The deejays around here are FINALLY warming up to Techno, and I think they'd like being able to take a load off for about a half-hour. Fo sheez, Kotzenjunge
