Guest razazteca Report post Posted October 30, 2002 the one when Space Ghost gets sued by Jan, Chase, Blimp. Or any episode with Randy Savage or the evil Space Ghost Chad.
Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted October 30, 2002 1. "King Dead" - Zorak and Moltar kidnap Jon Benjamin and make UNREASONABLE DEMANDS...'cept there aren't any. 2. "Knifin' Around" - Space Ghost's "wife" Bjork shows up. Insanity ensues. 3. "Piledriver" - Space Ghost's grandpa (Zorak: "Sounds like Randy Savage.") visits the show. 4. "Girl Hair" - The Brothers Hanson are the special guests. Features the climatic battle of the Tooth Fairy & Bizarro Santa. Ooooh, and a bag of teeth. 5. "Lawsuit" - Jan and Jace sue Space Ghost for physical and emotional stress, and for not giving them a cut of the royalties. 6. "Snatch" - SGC2C is attacked by pods. Replicating pods. The cut ending of this ep sold for over a thousand on eBay.
Guest Smell the ratings!!! Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I think the best episode, (Kagato, this may be the one with Bjork, I'm not sure) was with Thom York of Radiohead. Space Ghost has some kind of contraption that he claims is a CD burner, and is operated by binary code. So Moltar intereviews Thom, and after a couple minutes they cut to the machine on fire, and Space Ghost screaming "ONE!....ONE!...." hee hee.
Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I think the best episode, (Kagato, this may be the one with Bjork, I'm not sure) was with Thom York of Radiohead. That's the one, STR. Moltar - "Ohhhh, yeah! Welcome to the Moltar show!" Thom - "Thank you very much, Moltar." Moltar - "Thank YOU Thom Yorke, for sitting next to the man - of the century! Ohhh yeah!" Thom - "You're very self-assured. You're very much a nineties man." Moltar - "That's fascinating, Thom Yorke! You are very very interesting and very very perceptive." Thom - "Really? Moltar - "So interesting and soooo perceptive that I think we will now fight with knives!" (cue heavy metal riff)
Guest Kagato Otaku Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Anyone ever seen Chambraigne (where SG advertises Chambraigne, the shampoo for your brain!) or Curses (SG eats his crew and all his guests, save Shirley Manson)? You need to. Start downloading those illegal boots, DAMMIT!!
Guest Agent of Oblivion Report post Posted October 30, 2002 Old Kentucky Shark killed me dead. Nature's Best Friends had me in tears. So did the 5 days of Christmas.
Guest Spaceman Spiff Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I really liked the one w/ Busta Rhymes and the gas leak in the studio. "We gotta get you to a hospital" ::next scene in a disco::
Zorin Industries 0 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 The one where its all in black and white and SG thinks all his old enemies are after him is great. Or the Solo Dance Party episode. "I've got a behind, it's superheroic and i'm about to shake it"
Guest Slapnuts00 Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I love Space Ghost. Anyone know how they actually do the show. It bugs me, cuz it doesnt seem to be scripted, just kinda improved by the guests depending on what the cartoons do, but how are they able to interact without scripts? Hopefully Im making some sense, here...
Guest razazteca Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I think they just sit around drink beer and rant about obscure things. Like why does Brak changes shades of green after every scene?
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I'd say they do the taped interviews and the interviewer does stuff or asks bizarre questions to get odd reactions. Then they do the cartoon to fit around the interviews. That has to be how they do it. It also explains why they don't show much of the interviews.
Guest B-X Report post Posted October 30, 2002 I love how all the animations are just taken from old Space Ghost cartoons, and they use it for EVERYTHING. Thats why brak changes colors. The original artists were crappy.
Guest Special K Report post Posted October 30, 2002 1.) Knifin' Around- "Love is hiding in the kudzu outside the appartment until all the lights are off" "You are VERY interesting Tom York, and VERY perceptive. So interesting and so perceptive that I think we will now fight with knives." 2.) Kentucky Nightmare "Why do sharks explode? Some say it's because their brains and sexual organs are made up of M-80s" 3.) Flipmode "I'm not getting one good idea. Let's go inside where the gas is!" 4.) Jacksonville "Space Ghost, I think I'm pregnant." 5.) ****King Dead "These aren't my lamps. My lamps son't have feet on them. This must not be my apartment." Guest Michael Joel Benoit Report post Posted October 31, 2002 The Weird Al episode with Space Ghost's pet dragon is a favorite of my. I love it when Zorak is obsess with getting the rapper's gum. I also like the episode with Mike Nelson and Space Ghost. They try riffing a movie like in MST3K but Mike can't think of anything to say. I also like the episode when Space Ghost gets cut off, and that creepy old man shows up and starts telling stories while an artist draws the descriptions. It was disturbing to me. I LOVE the Jacksonville episode.
