Work on the cutting. Take ya time with it. I used to always rush through cutting cause I just hated it. After a little pratice..it'll become a peice of cake. Especially when you learn what to use better. I'm still working on cutting myself....

Anyways...its nice look. Good job.

Oh, one more thing you should change about the banner: I barely noticed the "=" in the text. It doesn't stand out.

Yeah, make the text stand out more. If you're using a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer for that sepia look, try putting the text layer above it so it doesn't look so blended in with the rest of the picture.
