Those guys have the advantage of creating new moves since they don't have to worry about dropping someone on their head. Most wrestlers when inventing a move have to make it look good but also be safe, Akiyama and Kobashi seem to create moves with the intent of dropping someone on their head.

At least Kobashi's and Akiyama's moves seem reasonable, I've seen indy guys come up with and perform neat-looking moves that are so contrived looking that after I've seen them once(And was maybe impressed by them) I never want to see them again.

The Burning Sword is all fine and safe (Corino's OSE, Inverted Facelock to Neckbreaker)

But Sternness Dust.... ouch!

And yep, there is some over contrived stuff out there.

The Diamondhead almost looks like a blown powerbomb for christ sake. That guy's gonna wake up tommorow and not be able to turn his head either direction.

So, what exactly is Sterness Dust? I linked to the page and all I see is a bunch of pics of moves.

I just finished my CAW Akiyama in No Mercy, is the Sterness Dust (or variations of it) possible to recreate?

From the pictures, it looks like it begins as a DVB and becomes a fisherman buster.

The Sternness is the Fishermans Suplex, with the wrist crunched under the hooked leg. Into a Fireman's cary with wrist crunch into a fiseramns buster.

So the only move close to it is a fishermans buster.

And you can just use Altavista to bablefish the page.

Sterness Dust is still not a friendly looking move, Dace. Neither is the Diamondhead. Would love to see a transcript of Kenta's exchange with the other guy.

Kobashi: OK I'm gonna pick you up for a powerbomb then I'm gonna turn to the side and drop you on the shoulder and neck.

Other Guy: WTF?

I ever said it was friendly looking, just nasty. A tad contrived, but nasty and great.

The vtictim of the first Diamond Head suffered crasked ribs and a big concusion.
