DBZ, DBZ Ultimate Battle, DB Final Bout

I just got a hold of these three Dragon Ball imports por PSX, but of course they're all in japanese so I can't figure out what the moves are or how to do them. Anybody knows where I can find the moveset instructions? Maybe post a link here or something? It'll be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
