Anyone miss the luchador midgets?

I know it wouldn't fit with today's WWF "Attitude" (are they still calling it that)

 

I was taping a copy of Badd Blood last night and there was Max Mini & Nova (not ECW Nova) vs Tarantula and some other midget in a mask...in 97 they had a few ppvs with the lucha munchkins, and it was usualy fun to watch.

 

And you know what...if I only saw that kind of thing 2 times a year or so I think I could enjoy it...the guys had their moves down...granted, it's not Benoit vs Lyger, but it was fun.

I used to like the mini-wrestlers when they were around. Especially Max Mini & Jerry Lawler's little (no pun intended) feud.

I enjoyed the minis as well, particularly Roya Rumble 98 when they had the 6-man with Tammy as special referee.  JR got off the incredibly funny line "I understand Sunny likes shor guys."

 

Also saw Max Mini at a Raw taping, and he probably worked harder than the full time roster.  I wouldn't want a mini division full time, but a few times a year would be cool.

Those midget wrestlers were hilarious. Especially when Al Snow used them to campaign for commishioner. I think they should bring a couple of them bac for Heat or something, cuz some of them had real talent.

Anybody remember the Mini-Vader with Jim Cornette, that was some funny sports entertainment!!!!!!!  The minis on SuperAstros were always funny no matter what they did.

 

I also thought that the Mini-Dudley boys was one of the funniest things that I have ever watched on tv, especially with the mini-ladders.
