Rob E Dangerously Posted November 2, 2002 Report Posted November 2, 2002 let me bold the parts of importance ------------- On Friday, the Democrats, led by Janet Reno's and Al Gore's attorneys, launched a full-scale legal assault on my organization -- "The Emergency Committee to Stop Bill McBride" -- because we plan to legally and peacefully send independent poll watchers out on Tuesday to monitor voting. But the McBride-Reno-Gore machine in South Florida doesn't want unbiased witnesses at the polls. -------- so, the "Emergency Committee to stop Bill McBride" is mad because the Democrats think they might send biased people out to monitor. What could have ever given them that impression?? Note to future people wishing to prevent voter fraud: Don't chose such a biased-sounding name. Why is this not in CE? because I feel it is too inflamatory for CE. this idea is like a committee called "The Council to stop Jeb Bush" sending in independent monitors to counties with heavy turnout for Jeb. It just doesn't smell right. Anyways, I'd think the Albanian and Russian monitors have less obvious bias in this thing. Bleh..
