They planned on kidnapping their kids too? Man, whatever ransom you want or whatever, leave the kids out of it. That's going too far. Glad the attempt was foiled, but do you think this will "further encourage" tabloid activities for a little while by making them into heroes per se?

Peterborough United fans will be after her next no doubt in the battle of 'Posh' vs 'Posh'. Is there any UK posters who can believe this ridiculous story? She was already unpopular among most football fans before but this is just insulting on so many levels its untrue, its only her husband that keeps the silly bitch 'newsworthy' material anyway.

I totally agree. I mean, it is disgusting that some people would even attempt to do something like this, but I'd hardly call it frontpage news. It was a flaming "Breaking News" story on Sky News, usually reserved for actually important news. Countries all ovcer the world are at war and fucking "Posh Spice" is all over the papers.

Mel C is still my favourite, but at this point I'd have to say Emma's the best looking of the 4. Anyways, I agree with razazteca and think that it had more to do with her last name being Beckham than with her past popularity as a Spice Girl.
