Guest razazteca Report post Posted March 3, 2002 I was thinking about the PPV that featured the Undertaker vs Undertaker match that had the Million Dollar Man as manager the 2nd Undertaker. I was wondering was there a back story that led to this confrontation and how long did Brian Lee use the Undertaker gimmick? Also was the last gimmick that Brian Lee used was the biker gang, right? Any info would be helpful
Guest Daredevil21 Report post Posted March 3, 2002 The basic jist of it is that after the Undertaker had been gone for several months (since Royal Rumble '94), the WWF began a storyline where no one could find the Undertaker. He turned up all across the US, much like Elvis seems to do, but he would never stay in that part for too long. Finally Ted Dibiase revealed on WWF TV that he was bringing the Undertaker back to the WWF. They used the fact that he had brought him into the WWF back in 1990, as Dibiase's reasoning for wanting to bring him back this time. He brought back the "Undertaker" during a Heartbreak Hotel segment and most of the crowd thought that the Undertaker had gone heel. But that was not the case. Paul Bearer then confronted Dibiase weeks later proclaiming that that was not his Undertaker. His Undertaker did not care about money and this one did. At Summerslam '94 Bearer brought back the real Undertaker and the two pheonoms proceeded to put on an awful match and the Underfaker (as he has become known as) was gone right after Summerslam. Hmm, looking at this now, I would say I gave you the whole damn story instead of the jist of it.
